I've ordered several items from this company. Their return process is easy for full refunds. In addition if you need to speak with a live person, you can. Unlike other online companies. Also I wanted to add, they do let you order tops & bottoms separately, unlike other online companies. You can order the bikini tops in bra sizes which helps too! And they are always happy to accommodate their customers
I always purchase a size 14 in a swim suit. This one fit like a 12 and was very flimsy. The fact I paid over $120 Canadian and waited over 3 weeks for this suit was disappointing. Now I find out I have to make a trip to the post office and purchase a return label. I will also end up paying for shipping costs. I'm expecting the service will be slow and it will be weeks before the cost of the suit is returned to my credit card. Not a good company for Canadian buyers.

Also I have received notification that my return was received however it's not reflected on my billing so I think I'll be holding off ordering from Venus any time soon. Been a customer for over a decade and have spent thousands of dollars. This last year since they've teamed up with Lascana they have become a company of poor quality, ill fitting clothes. Trust me, my closet is no less than 75% Venus purchases. I am sad to go but cannot continue to spend my money on what has become junk. The last order I received (just yesterday and it will be my last) the clothing has a weird chemical smell to it. Very disappointed to lose this clothing option

I've ordered once before from Venus. Dress came quickly and no issues. Today I felt I was a victim of bait and switch. Long story short - received an email for 30% off one item. Dropped 2 items in my cart -a jumpsuit and a dress. The sale price of the jumpsuit was listed as 24.99 / 17.49 with the 30% off; dress 29. First problem why not take the discount off the more expensive item. Clicked back because I wanted to look at another item. When I went back to the cart. The jumpsuit was 39.00 and the discount would not apply to either item. Opened a chat. No help. She offered to order at the higher prices, I said no thanks and expressed my concerns about the higher prices being returned. Something very odd!

I've purchased numerous items over the years and I had recently one bad experience. This was my first time buying shoes from them and it was cheaply made! There's absolutely no support for the sole of the shoes. When I received them the soles were completely detached from the shoes. After speaking to customer service they said they would replace the shoes. When I received the new package it was not the same shoes and it was the wrong size. I spoke to customer service again and asked for a refund after shipping the shoes back. I have an email saying that the shoes were received, however I still have not gotten my money back. I'm not too concerned with the money I'm just a little disappointed with the company because I've been a customer for years and some of my favorite dresses are from Venus.

They have cute clothes but I have to say their customer service is not worth the clothes. They have a contact us but they never help. My address is incorrect because their website switched my mailing address on me, not sure why it does not mail to the address I put into my profile. I called 5 mins after the order only for customer service to blame me for the mistake and say that they can not help me even though the order is still in process and has not been shipped yet. Not to mention, only order from them if you have time to wait three weeks or more to get your order. They ship using USPS which does not track your order so you will never know when it is coming. I wrote with these concerns and they just kept blaming me. From what I see in these reviews they are not at all concerned about their customers being satisfied. I am about ready to cancel my credit card and send all merch coming my way right back to them without opening it for a refund because their service has been so poor. It has been three weeks that I have been waiting on an order from Venus. They are shipping from Jacksonville, FL and I live in Raleigh NC. That should only be a three-day delivery if that! Be sure to pay extra for UPS or FedEx, the only real carriers who know how to perform their jobs. Shame on VENUS for being so $#*!ty at the customer service!

Only buy from them if you can wait many weeks before getting your product. They suck at shipping and customer service. I will say the clothing is nice and good quality. But definitely not worth the headache if you need a refund or return. They will not and cannot refund the duties/taxes that you pay on your order. You must request that through CBSA... what a pain.

The first order I made, I was very happy with. Cute, quality clothing, got a lot of compliments. The orders after that were not so great. Clothing was cheaply made, didn't fit at all like it appeared in pictures, even though I ordered the right sizes. The final straw for me was when I put in an order and they sent me the wrong blouse. I sent them 2 emails to notify them and asked for them to send the right blouse and size that I ordered and never got a response back. I'm done with them.

I have written an email to Venus to ask them to please reconsider their cookie policy. They State very clearly in their privacy policy that they will track my information and also share my information with other companies. I do not think this is fair nor is it a good business model. I spent a lot of money on clothing, gladly. I do not look upon uninvited spam emails fondly. If I want to contact another company for their service or product I will do so on my own. I think this is becoming more and more of an issue for many people and companies that cannot respect our privacy will lose our business.

I've had to return many items the latest being a short blue dress with the "cold shoulder" and lace trim on sleeves. The materials were like something you'd find in your great grandmas closet I've bought shorts as well from them and they should fit women in their 60s not like what the photos show. I'm extremely disappointed in their line of "products"

I ordered on line two items, I decided to keep one and return one, I didn't care for the material of the item. I used the return label that came with the items. Once it had been a month I emailed and asked had they(Venus) received it, because I wanted a full refund, well I was told that they didn't have and had no way to track and their labels are not customer order specific, it's my fault I didn't get a receipt for the return from UPS or USPS ( they use both) I thought it would be safe to use their labels guess not, I won't buy from them again.

I purchased several items, most of which were okay, although their underwire swim tops are horrendous and I can never get one that fits (36DDD) and doesn't make me look ever bigger. However, I did order a Leopard Cold Shoulder Top, Item #V2882-10-UMB in a size M, which was a final sale item/no return or exchange. They sent me an at least size XL Leopard Cold Shoulder Top with the tag torn out and now I'm stuck with it. This is the last time I will order from Venus. Buyer Beware, their Quality Control stinks.

Venus has some cute clothes if you can live with the so-so quality. But customer service and inventory control is generally lacking. Several times I've had backorders canceled by them, saying the items are no longer in stock. I then check the website and the items ARE in stock in the size/color I ordered. Pretty annoying. No excuse for this with computers to handle orders and inventory.

I ordered a bikini top, and by the time all is said and done it will cost me over $65 CAD with duties, taxes, shipping, and then conversion from USD. Unreal. I've written to them to try to cancel the order. I'll let you know how that goes. So far, very disappointed that my $25 top, costs $40 more dollars just to get it here. Not sensible at all.

I placed an order for 3 items on 2/23. My delivery date was supposed to be 3/1. I tracked the shipping several times as it got closer to my address. Well... 3/1 came and went with no package received. Now my delivery date jumped to 3/9 and according to the tracker the package hasn't left Florida yet. Not pleased as I wanted to wear one of the tops to an event this weekend.

I am happy with Venus products however, their shipping takes over 3 or 4 weeks which now a day is unacceptable. I can order things in Amazon or other sites and get it in 2 days or sometimes in a day.
If they can't ship to Canada in reasonable amount of time and cost then they better don't claim so.

I ordered a medium. I am 5'6 and 145 and the fir was big but I like larger loungewear. The quality is not the same as shown on the picture. The lining was sort of see-thru ish. Ok for home wear but I would not wear this outside the house

I have shopped with Venus on and off for many years and considered myself a good loyal customer. Just this year I placed seven different orders for more than a dozen items with only one item returned. However, it took one bad return experience on top of a dismissive representative to leave a bad taste in my mouth and unsubscribe. Apparently I stumbled on the final sale item and I never had in the past (I never search for them on purpose), so I didn't realize that. Venus still included the return label, so I shipped it back and just got a processed refund notice for zero dollars. The company doesn't even offer to ship the item back, if I was willing to keep it after all and pay for extra shipping. I made an honest mistake and didn't notice the fine print, but just because the company is legally in the right, it doesn't make it the right thing to do. Some online sellers offer a once-per-year goodwill adjustment to their regular shoppers and Venus doesn't even offer it once-per-lifetime. It's a pretty bad business decision and not a friendly return policy, especially considering that we cannot try the items on before making the purchase. Oh and by the way - that "discontinued item" (the language they use to refuse the refund) is still featured on the Venus website, so they are just going to resell it and pocket the money twice.

Purchased a bathing suit which was on back order for about 5 months. Every time I checked it was back ordered to a further date and I was not ever notified. When I finally received it I had to pay another $30 for duties to Canada. Hated the bathing suit. Felt cheap and didn't fit as expected (or based on reviews). Returned it and have been going through quite the hassle to get duty money back. On top of that, Venus charged me shipping to return it even though I paid for it myself and I still have no received a reply where my shipping money refund is (months later still inquiring). Would never buy from them again.

Ordered 2 dresses since sizing was not clear. Paid extra for next day shipping which arrived 3 days late. I am returning 1 item and they're charging me an extra $12 because the closest place to return using their service is an hour away. Customers beware, won't use them again.

I wear a normal size American size 8 top and never have issues with sizing. I am 5'9,135 lbs. I was undecided what size to order so I ordered an 8 and a 10 as the top said it does not stretch, thinking I can always take it in at the waist if it is too big. The 8 was so ridiculously cut short and tiny and the ten was so short in length, and the bust sizing/seams were so high on my chest it was humorous. Clearly not American cut. The quality was very cheap as the fabric was a noticeably rough and raw. Beware! Picture not as appeared.

Ordered from them several times for many occasions. The clothes are below average quality. A lot of times something looks good and I get it and it looks like pure polyester. They will let you return for a fee or if you put the money on a gift card kind of deal they will do it for free otherwise it is between $7.95 - $8.95. The sizes are all over the place I'll order the same size and it will either be HUGE or to small there is no in between. Models look stunning but I certainly do not. I did get a really pretty dress for a rehearsal dinner that I am pleased with everything else has gone back or just isn't worn. I probably have spent enough with them and learned my lesson and will not buy from them again.
