1st and last purchase thru Venus! Bought 5 items online. The quality of the material and product is so poor! Looked so cute in the catalog but all 5 tops/sweaters I bought were so thin & cheap! Walmart sells a better product! Don't waste your money!

I am really surprised by all these negative reviews... I had my girls in my wedding order this teal wrap dress and it fit everyone beautifully... I buy many many cloths from this store and have never had any issues. Many of the shirts and bathing suites were purchased a few years ago and I am still wearing them... I love their prices and have never had issues with the size or quality. I will continue to order from this store... Thanks Venus!

Don't buy from this company there are much better options out there. They list free returns but when I attempted to return 1 of the 3 dresses I bought. They charged me 12.00. I could only get a free return if I took a store credit

I just started purchasing from Venus.com like a month ago, and so far I've had to return multiple orders. Their sizes are wrong, jumpsuits run too big on the top, but worst of all, the quality of the material they use for their clothing is really POOR. It's a shame, because the products look beautiful, but the material is the worst. Won't buy ever again from it.

I was very optimistic about my first order and received it very timely. I have since placed additional orders in which I have had returns in each one. They have ridiculous charges for returns if it brings your total under $100. I put items from 2 orders into one box for the return, the total of the return was $105.00; they charged me $32.96 for the return. The items I returned were definitely not worth the money; and really not worth the additional $32.96 to return! Pants run large, tops run small and boots are ridiculous, it you have average size calves you cannot get them zipped, if you have wide calves don't even bother. Hope this saves someone some hard earned $$$$

I ordered some clothing from Venus for the first time. I wasn't sure how the sizing was. Nothing fit me right, so I looked at their return policy and said items have to be not worn with original tags and liners. I was confused because my clothing came with no tags on them. They came in plastic bags with a sticker tag thing on the plastic bags. I tried to email their customer service to ask for further explanation. It seemed like an automated response telling me the same not very helpful instructions on their website. I'm afraid if I try to return them then I will have spent money and not get anything back and have none of the clothes. So I'm not allowed to take them out of the plastic bags and try them on? They all had no tags attached to the actual clothing. Then before I got the first order I made a 2nd order which was dumb of me. So now I will have to pay off the Venus credit card and be done with it. Maybe I can at least sell then clothes on my own.

I'm a size 5 and can wear a size 7 in some brands, so I ordered Venus' size small. Their small reads 4/6. So after paying $137.94 including tax and shipping for 3 items, it took well over two weeks before I'd receive my items. The items I received read small however fit several sizes to big and I mean big! The sweaters even hang down to my knees and i stand at 5'7. So I decided to wash them in hot water to shrink them up. All I accomplished from washing was unraveling on just one wash, not one bit of shrinkage. What a waste of money!

After reading reviews, I was apprehensive about ordering from here.
I received my 1st order a week from the original order date, which is great to me.
The quality of the shirt is very good, looks just like the magazine.
I'm 5'8" and wear size 8 (150lbs) and the medium fits perfect, not too big, not too small. I orginally ordered a large and sent it back for the medium. I have had no trouble with the refund. Very pleased with this company.
I have a second order on the way with hopes of wearing them on vacation this year.
Highly recommend you try Venus.

I ordered a dress with confirmation from venus officials that I would receive within 7-10 days as I was in need of a dress for a friends wedding which was in 15 days after the day I ordered it. I began to get nervous as I did not receive any confirmation emails that my order was sent or even a way to track my order. I once again created a chat with a venus associate and was rudely notified that I didn't pay the taxes and duties which was sent in an "email" (which I never received/ unprofessional) and from this I will not be receiving my order for another 12 days... I have ordered from many sites that are based out of the U. S and never had to deal with this type of paying. Not at all happy and will be sending my order back once it is received as my order is not worth an extra 100 dollars in duty charges

Not impressed customer from Canada!

I have tried Venus multiple times in hopes that maybe I was just unlucky. However, after four to five orders from this company, I have come to the conclusion that their products are cheap quality at department store prices. Unfortunately, I have placed my final order with this company and will not order from them again. I have ordered everything from swimsuits, coverups, dresses, jackets, and shoes. All of which were extremely over priced for the quality. I will stick with real department stores.
