Heres how to protect yourself! SAVE SLL CORRESPONDENCES WITH THEM ON EMAIL... WHEN THEY BLATANTLY LIE AND STEAL FROM YOU... CALL THE BANK AND DISPUTE!... long story short... they couldn't find my order... then found it. I kept telling them it's not here... they said they need DO NOT ASK WHHERE THEY ARE AGAIN! Because they are lost! WHAT THE? So basically shut up. It's coming don't ask us again... like I'm the stupid 1?... they took 8 weeks to send my order. 1 item was changed on my order?... canceled. Out of stock? I guess the couldn't get it from China... instead of lmk... which they could have said pic another item or get refund... no! They didn't! Instead they said imI was passed the 39 grace period... idiots... I have all the documents for who much I... I... I had to hunt it down because they sent it to the wrong state! NOT THEM!. Do I lmk the DAY I GOT IT... I1 item missing 2 the item had a whole in it3- the item had the incorrect size in the label.(. I order 2 XL JEANS 1 perfect. 1 couldn't pull up over Pycho hips to even try to zip up... so I sent a total of 8 tickets with pics to their website... but then they responded via email to me. Saying the didn't have pics? OK THEY HOT THE TICKET AND READ THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH PICS. But then don't HAVE THEM... to send via jpeg. I told them that I don't have the capability to do jpeg... so they did nothing. Then on a prior order they sent me the return label for 3 items with a shipping label... so I sent it... then they couldn't find that... then they recorded it as another olitem that was cheaper. And subtracted the shipping cost from my return. And gave me 1/2 price acre the sent me an em for 36 they changed it it 28. And THEY STILL DIDNT CREDIT. To fill out this monkey? Survey to get $5 off. And they would send me a 50% off coupon on my next order... THEY DIDNT DO THAT EITHER! So I lost $60.00... then they wouldn't give me the refund on the postage or taxes on the item I didn't receive? It is s federal offense to collect money on the behalf of the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE and IRS in goods and aero that are not rendered! Will call bank to dispute! Also it ms fraud to publish a return policy that you OBVIOUSLY DON'T HAVE! Belie you will see pic of the items. Orders. How many tickets aI sent and they failure to respond... ALL I WAS A LITTLE SURPRISE A SIR SEE...! For myself... AGAIN. KEEP YOUR $ in your pocket... btw. There are a lot of safe companies out there. THAT WANT YOUR $$$ and repeat business.
