I would have given it a 5 star rating, but when I asked for my report to be emailed to me I never received it. I had to input my information several times and I still have not received my report. Other than that it is a Fantastic site and very accurate. Thank you

It was a little slow to get started but things sped up and I got to see why I didn't want to purchase the cars that I was looking at. Thanks to the vehicle history record I probably save some money and heartache.

Some good information about the car I am considering buying. Was worried about the disclaimer at the beginning that I may be dealing with a con artist and also when they tried to sell me the $180 subscription. I hope pressing decline prevents my cc from being charged more than $1.95. Otherwise, I was pleased with the info I obtained from this site for the price compared to the other guys. Just be aware of the hoops to jump and you'll be fine.

I have emailed or chatted live with 3 different "levels" of staff members regarding a car history report. All were very helpful, gave me immediate responses, and answered all my questions. Will recommend this site to friends.

Great introductory price for a complete history report. Same data, if not better, as CarFax or Autocheck (Experian). Would be nice to be able to save the history report as a PDF (or have one emailed to me) while you're viewing it (as the printed report can be quite long). The company could also email you a copy of your purchase invoice and/or the ability to log in after the fact with a followup email (otherwise, you have to print the pages as you go during the checkout process). Nonetheless, I'll be back for more reports.

The site didn't have a ton of info for me, but other sites couldn't even find the vin#, so that was a big plus. I was starting to worry that the vehicle I just bought didn't exist, until I found it here. Big relief

The information on the site is really complete. I combines many other car info sites all in one place and for less money than any of the others. I was a car dealer for a number of years and for the money this is a very well worth while bunch of information from what I had to chose from before. I will use the site again for sure. Because of my car background I still have friends calling for help when they are purchasing a vehicle. This will be helpful for sure. My only negative criticism is the upsell, which is fine to make the attempt but, when clicking on the decline button I wasn't sure if I just spent $180 or when wanting to go back and not include the 5 or 6 extras at. 20 or. 50 each it processed my order without showing me a final exact order price. Other than that my rating would have been all 5 stars. Great job Cody.

Good information. Expected and would've liked more inf on the vehicle.
I have been waiting now for 30 minutes for #3 History of the Vehicle to load and give me some info. I've refreshed twice and there is still the spinning circle saying its loading. I'll call customer service if it continues. But, for the price, it's a good report.

What a great deal! Only $1.00 why pay more for the same information? Should you decide to tack on some extra's it is only an extra. 95 cents. When they offer the platinum package for $180 (per year)@ 25 searches max per month, just click the decline button at the bottom of the page.

They claim to check with NHTSA (which is free) but did not give me their results, just a number to call them myself.
Included is also a helpful and very thorough checklist to help make an informed purchase.

I was given dates of two accidents, one of which included a Case #, the other did not. I would have liked to have seen the details but for the price I guess I don't mind looking it up myself.

This is cool for a $1 I get to view basic history and origin of the car. Still a little vauge on the report due to the owners discretion if he reported it and for the service records I didn't find any. Again maybe it depends on the shop he goes to or does the work himself. Overall good basic in for your bang! Thank you

Gave me all the info I needed about an older car I'm interested in buying. The price for the report can't be beat. Very thorough and more info then I expected.

Used this to checkout a Chrysler van and it seemed to give me all the information that I needed to make a decision. It only cost $1 however they did try and upsell me to add a few more categories for 57 cent which I declined. Sure bets the outrageous price they want for a carfax.

Was skeptical, and still am... worried that my card will be charged other fees, but was pleased with the report I received, even though I don't think I got all the information I really needed. I was afraid there would be more charges, so was hesitant to ask further questions.
