As advertised. Quick, easy, no hassles. Came to my house on time. Michael Mullinax was very professional. Took less than an hour to complete everything, including signing paperwork and presenting a check for the amount estimated on phone. Picked the vehicle up the next day. The agreement looks like you are paying $1.00 for a report on your car. However, you are charged $28.95! We received a text moments after I agreed to the $1.00. "Chase Fraud: Did (my name) charge $28.95 at VEHICLE HISTORY on 8/07? Reply YES or NO." We replied NO and my credit card was instantly closed down! Clearly, Chase has had problems with VEHICLE HISTORY in the past to send me a fraud alert. Now, I have to update all my auto payments relating to my card! To say that I'm angry is an understatement! Do not do business with this company, you will be sorry.

They do not accept all the negative reviews that people try to put on there site, About vehicles that they own, I tried to 2 different times in October/ 2022, To put a review about, The use 2018/ Chevy Cruze that i have, About a intermittent problem with the brakes The reviews were showing, After i finish writing them, But within less then hour, I went back on the site, My review was not showing anymore.

There report on vehicles, Are not accurate, They showed when i done a vin number lookup on there site, For my car, That my car was in on a recall, For a problem with the brakes on it, I contacted gm customer service, in Canada, A couple of days before i done the vin number check on my car on the Vehicle History Site, The person that i was talking to at gm customer service told me, That my car wasn,t in on that recall, From the gm plant, Where my car come out of,

Horrible customer service and site. I was overcharged when it mentioned a certain price and then they put me in a monthly payment. When I tried to get a refund through chat and email support, 3 times I had to ask for a refund. All times they stated it was being canceled then even tho I canceled it a week prior. They don't send email confirmations and don't even try to contact you for help. Said a week ago that it would be 3-5 days for a refund posted but I see no pending refunds and no email confirmation. Worse company and service ever. They do not even try to help you. Just empty words about having tech support reach you shortly. Do not go through this horrible company. My worst experience EVER trying to get service and help.

Don’t use their services or spend money. You’ll wait forever on replies and no proof of refund.

Say cost is 1.00 and then get charged another 18.95, signed up for the 1.00 report, they charged 1.00 then charged 18.95, looks like a scam Plus it did not show an accident that Carfax shows
This is an update on my prior review which was based on a promise of a $10 amazon card for a 5 star review. Vehiclehistory.com never sent the giftcard and never responded to emails inquiring about it. Liars and scam artists
VehicleHistory.com is scam! I agreed to a 1.00 charge, then was charged 19.95. I called support and was issued a confirmation number cancelling all future charges but was told that i agreed to the online bill of 19.99, it had been processed and they would not do anything about that. I have contested the charge with my credit card company, and have a standing agreement with them that if it reappears next month they will credit my account and then i would have to cancel the card/change the account number..

Well... DO NOT use this site. I wanted info about a vehicle the other day and was charged more than I expected to pay. Today they said I would receive and email if I gave them information, which they already have, to resolve the issue I had with them. Tonight I was told I would receive an email within an HOUR, no message rec'd yet. I, too, was told I would receive a gift card for amazon if I would reconsider my comments on this site. Believe me I will share this with everyone I know on every social media source available.
