I want to start off by saying that I definitely did not read the return policy. Now with that said I have the ideal foot and I'm going to explain why. This is not my opinion if you Google online there are medical professionals that explain what the ideal foot looks like. A footprint can show you if you have the ideal foot. To figure out if you have the ideal foot you take the bottom of your foot and step in ink and then step on a piece of paper. When you do this you should see a few things:
All toes showing individually and somewhat uniformly spaced
A medial arch
A lateral arch
A metatarsal arch
Good alignment (2nd toe in line with middle of heel)
Even weight distribution

I purchase at least 5 pairs of shoes a month (usually much more) and I very rarely get a lot that just don't fit my feet. My feet are long and narrow. Most shoe companies design shoes for feet like that.
I stumbled upon varied shoes.com during a Google search and saw a lot of nice shoes. Doing some research I saw that the company was from London, UK but the packages came from China and their reviews were mixed 2.9 out of 5. Now I've purchased shoes from companies with worse ratings and have had some issues that ended up being resolved satisfactory.
I ordered 11 pairs of shoes on February 21,2020. It took over 4 months to receive eight pairs of shoes. The first shipment consisted of one high heel shoe. The second shipment consisted of four open toed heels. There would be three more shipments to follow, each containing one shoe.The eighth pair arrived June 7th and I have yet to receive the remaining shoes. Out of the total shipments only two pairs fit. The shoes are poorly made: too big around the ankles and heel area, the heels are ill shaped, some of the decor is damaged, very tight, and to top it off the shoes are too small, although I ordered a european size of 43 which equates to US 11. I wear a 10 ½. The shoes appear to fit a person who wears a size US 9 or 9 ½.

Before I made the purchase I always look at the return policy and here it is https://variedshoes.com/pages/cancellation and it states:
CANCELLATION
Email customer service at *******@variedshoes.com and include your:Order number & Cancellation request with a picture of the product, if necessary.
1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
2. To initiate a cancellation, please contact customer service. The cancellation notification will be emailed to you.
3. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-10 business days to process.
Once an order is canceled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

Nowhere above does it say anything about partial refunds or any other stipulations.
I contacted the company so I could initiate the RMA. They kept giving me the runaround. First they'd send out an auto-generated email but then when I actually got a person to respond they were trying to get me to take 30% back of what the shoe was worth. I obviously declined and said I would like to return the shoes for a full refund. What they told me next blew my mind. The restocking fee was 50% of the price of the shoe and I had to pay to ship it back. I argued back and forth with them for a few and then just gave up. Although this was just one bad experience of many good experiences dealing with companies abroad it has made me not ever want to order anything from out of the US unless they have verified reviews or a large positive user rating.
This was a terrible experience and I wanted to write this review to save someone the headache of ever purchasing anything from varied shoes. Take my review with a grain of salt as this was my experience and everyone has different experiences. I'm always about customer service, to me that defines a company.
DO NOT purchase from this company.
Only 1 pair of shoes
I previously left a review saying that I never got my shoes, never got a real tracking number, and never got a response when trying to contact that company. Since then, I reported the case to PayPal (payment method I used for my purchase). Paypal sends a message to the company and gives them a chance to prove themselves, basically. So I provided PayPal with my order history, contact history, and the fake tracking numbers. The company still had not emailed me back at all, at this point. Before PayPal made the decision on if I would get my money back or not, they provided me with the sellers email, which was completely different from the one that I was given when I ordered my shoes, and when I searched their website. So, I emailed this new email, just to see if I would get a response. They answered saying to email their new email, which was again completely different from the first two. Then I got an email from PayPal saying my request for my money back was denied, because the seller provided tracking information that showed that my product was delivered. I STILL NEVER GOT MY SHOES! PayPal sent me the tracking link that they had been given, and of course it's completely different than the first two that I was given. I click the link and sure enough, it says my package was delivered to me. However, all it says is that it was sent from China, and delivered to the United States buyer. It says nothing about where I live, or when it was delivered. So now, I have no chance to dispute the claim again via PayPal, which is my only option right now (maybe I should be leaving a PayPal review instead lol) I've continued to email the company, message them on social media, and leave comments on their posts. Still not getting any response. Then a few days ago, they sent me ANOTHER tracking link, with a completely different shipping company this time. Why am I getting a new tracking link if they were apparently already delivered to me? This "company" is a COMPLETE joke. Oh, and did I mention that if you leave any type of negative, honest comments on their social media posts, they never actually post? I'm pretty positive that they have their account set up to automatically delete comments with certain words or phrases that would show their other potential customers what REALLY happens when you order a product from them. Overall, they are an awful, fake company. Save yourself and do NOT order anything from them.
