So much great meetings with people that sell. So happy I joined and get to save money on good things.
Too many unreasonable rules to follow and they kick people out suddenly without any notification or any reasons given... I would recommend you not to use. Some sellers never replied messages. The app has problems frequently. Not user friendly at all. Search results are not what you're searching. Admins are not checking messages. You need to wait for membership approval. You cannot change your name even your name is legally changed but you can't change on varagesale. Very stupid..
I have enjoyed using varagesale for several years even the static ads are tolerable.but the recent addition of video ads is too much!
Really very annoying.
When they appear I shut down varage and will likely spend much less time on the site.
We had an item that broke the rule of "all foul language." Many found offensive in our area. We were told that "this is an adult's site to shop we should just scroll past it." When I brought the restricted item to her attention (and asked for her to clarify her way of dealing with the matter)she has not yet responded to my concern. It's was very foul in language. Not impressed. I think there should be easy access to higher authority. Rules are made to be upheld. That's how you play like true adults. I am from SouthbEastern Manitoba.
I was revoked for being rude and cursing because a member was jerking me around for months on an item. When I apologized and asked to be reinstated a year later * just ignored me. If I can be revoked for being rude so should she.

VS brand don't need an administrator thAt dictate every second that this post is wrong catergorie, you should change location, when I am 30 min away and I have a car, I never have complaints, yet she is the only complaining, when she never even buys stuff from me. I don't go to VS, just so I have a headeach from this girl, i can't believe she revoke me of my right. And she is very disrespectful. She knows she got the power, so she is talking to you like so bossy like very disrespectful, almost like she feels obligé to talk down to you cuz she is the administrator. She is worst the worst thing I ever encounter. No ethical to talk to customer, that uses VS just to get a bit of money. She is crazy, I never had other administrator doing that to me. It's only*. Please replace her. Geez I would like her to know how it feel to revoke for no apparent reason. She is very confrontational too, like passive aggressive way. I love VS, I hate that girl tho! She is there 24/7 monitoring the place!
