I love this company, I oredered from another before ordering from Vanilla Monkey and they still havent approved one of my orders. They are well packed, well made and shipped in a timely manner. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you!
I pre-ordered sherpa zipups and finally received my order a month and a half after the time Vanilla Monkey advertised on their site. When I received my order, in place of the mediums in my order I received all smalls. I went back and forth both through email and by phone and their customer service was terrible. They could not have cared less about the mistakes in my order.

Great company, cute clothing, lots of items made in the USA. Fast shipping! These guys are a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of companies I've ordered from online which became a nightmare!

I really love this website. It contains wide range of wholesale clothing for women at it's best prices! And the best thing is, they offer free shipping when you purchase $500 or more, and my order was shipped out with in the same day! Amazing! I will definitely purchase more from VanillaMonkey for my store!
No empathy for customers who have to deal with THEIR mistakes and poor quality products. Was sent items with holes in them and VM offered no compensation whatsoever, only wanted to give store credit for THEIR mistake. Will never order from them again!
I have dealt with this company for over a year and a half now. They ship out within two days which is fine but the last time I ordered from them it took over 2 weeks to get my order. I contacted them and UPS and UPS said Vanilla Monkey knew that the shipping times were being delayed and they didn't let anyone know. I had to cancel my vendor booth because of how long it took to get my clothing and Vanilla Monkey wouldn't refund my money saying they can't guarantee ground shipping. To top it off they sent me the wrong items, and to return it I would have to pay a restocking fee and they could only give me in store credit. Will not do business with them again.
