I ordered a tshirt that says 'Vampire' in big red font for my boyfriend as a gift and it arrived on time and in perfect condition! It looked just like the picture and was a comfy length for him. He's 6 ft 1 so sometimes shirts can be too short on his torso, but the one I got for him fit perfectly! It's such a conversation starter too, almost everyone that's passed by while wearing it has made a comment about vampires to him. Loved my experience and will order again!

I have placed several orders with these folks. Many of the items (especially clothing) are unique and ultra colorful. Shirts you just can't get anywhere else. The more you order from them, the more email 'deals' you get offered - many at ridiculously low prices. I highly recommend them. Shipping to the United States does take a few weeks so order well in advance of your need.

I ordered two jackets they fit perfectly. I wear them every day. I ordered the Medusa and the queen of hearts. They came way before they were supposed to they even double check to make sure I was the owner of my debit card which I greatly appreciate so I know that no one will be trying to order stuff and scam me, definitely ordering from Again Vampire Freaks. Everyone asked me where I'm getting my jackets from and I gladly tell them cannot wait to order again.

They were very friendly they explained to me why they needed proof that it was my debit card. They checked back up with me. Customer service was absolutely perfect.

What a gorgeous site for all your alternative needs! Super cute how they send emails and put extra goodies in the package :)) . But if your from the Netherlands expect to pay HUGE import fees/taxes. I paid 60% extra on the import taxes excluding the shipping costs... So be aware

This experience was one of the best in my life! I continuously got updated on the status of my order and it arrived super fast. I ordered me and my boyfriend some mystery box shirts and they ended up being so cool. I was a little nervous at first with not knowing what we were going to get but all of the shirts had great graphics. The shirts were also very soft and a little thick but still breathable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying more stuff in the future.

Your products are very nice but the import fees costed me as much as the products (100$ products-100$ shipping and fees). Maybe you should erase ups from the choices of transport to canada cause they charged me 45$ to pay in advance for me the 23$ of import fees so I had to pay 35$ shipping + 60$ import fees. I learnt that ups are the only one who charge these extra cost that are so damn expensive

I found a bag from Killstar that I wanted, but it was cheaper through VampireFreaks, and I'd rather support a smaller business. I'm so glad I ordered from them and I will definitely be ordering again! They shipped quickly, sent an email to make sure the transaction went smoothly, and to see if I had any questions. Had to return the tank tops because of wrong size! But the salt and pepper shaker was a keeper! Love it!

Overall everything came super fast and with bonus items! Quality wise it's not bad, the sweatshirt is on the thin side and I'm not too pleased with how dark the red looks. The long sleeve looks dope and is so freaking cool! I love the design and love the way it fits. I wish the end of the sleeves had a nicer finish to them but otherwise I love my stuff. Hopefully my friend will like hers too!

Updating your site on what's in stock would be helpful. The 34 dollar sweater I bought should be more like 10 dollars with its poor terrible quality. And since when did tripp start using plastic chains... I know that's not your fault. The ten percemt off is just to bring there overpriced items back down to normal price so you feel like you're getting a deal but you won't be getting one unless it's more then 10 percent. I do like that they through in a hand bag, stickers, and pins though everything they gave me just felt like cheesey items for a 13 year old emo kid but it was still a nice gesture which is why I give 2 and not one star. On the Asante pant they have a patch on the back in the shape of a triangle it pealed off right away which shows low quality once again then again the patch was ugly anyways.

My order arrived safely and in a timely manner just like the last time. Will happily order from VampireFreaks again.

I adore goth fashion and do a lot in my local black metal scene, so I think my clothes go hand in hand with my spooky makeup looks; but many websites are crazy overpriced and don't give a ton of variety. I stumbled upon VampireFreaks after doing tons of searching (I had also heard of you prior) and I fine myself coming back for more and more! I love wearing my dresses casually or in corpse paint photoshoots all because of how awesome they make me look!

I love shopping and supporting VampireFreaks. They're like a one stop shop that has all the brands that I enjoy. But better than buying them from other sites, at VampireFreaks, you can actually talk to a real person! They have gone above and beyond and out of their way in the past, to help me with orders, and even did a special Order for me once from a discontinued item that I wanted. There's a live person that always answers the phone during their business hours and knowing that they are a local company makes me feel good about my purchase. They also have a pretty decent reward program. Also, they put together a goth music convention every year, which makes them super awesome! I'm a loyal customer for life.

Awesome happy with everything I received. Good quality on all products easily remove the tags and comfortable. Never had an issue and ordered quite a few times.

You sent me the wrong product. I ordered the freak neclace and sent me a zombie neclace. With that said the quality of the product you did send me concerns me looked used or cheaply made with air bubbles through out the peice with a cheap chain I could buy a better quality from hot topic for same price range. Still would like a replacement of the correct item

This is a great store to shop at, I've bought from them before. I love that there are lots of little things you can add to your cart especially when you're only $5 away from free shipping! Took a bit for the order to process but once it was finalized it was delivered quickly and I'm a happy customer.

I love the cauldron mug! The wand, only so-so. It is quite heavy and will make a nice weapon!
