I heard about this company while reading a review for another site. The reviewer was quite complementary to your site in comparison to the site I was reading. I looked up your site and ordered only to discover an upgraded version. I called to edit my order. I spoke with Shannon who could not have been more patient and went out of her way to assist in every way. I will be ordering again because today customer service that Shannon provides is rare. The fast shipping is also a plus. Just got a second dog and pads are used more than twice as fast. Way to go Shannon! If ever I need to call customer service again, hope I get you.

The mail service you used (FEDEX) delivered the package to the wrong address. It was delivered to 539 S. 7th Ave instead of my address 539 S. 8th Ave. Thankfully a honest neighbor delivered the package to me later that evening. Not your fault. But in regards to the bully bones I ordered. I have ordered these many times in the past and this order for some reason has many bones that are flattened and not anywhere close to previous orders size wise. I was disappointed as the pups went through a flatten bone in like 10 minutes versus chewing on the round ones for upwards an hour.
