I bought an Easy Lift Muck Bucket Cart from Valley Vet. Ordering was easy, but delivery took longer than expected for a made-in-the-usa item. When the Cart finally arrived, it couldn't be put together because it was missing the holes where the Cart should attach to the handle. We had to drill holes through the steel before we could finish assembling the Cart. Once assembled, the Cart works well, seems sturdy and is convenient for quick stall tidy-ups.

I was happy to receive my products. I love using this spray system. However, when I closely examined my shipment, I found two of the six loose bottles with the tops off and the nozzles broken. One was so badly broken, I can't use it. I'm confident if more attention to proper packing were given, it would solve the problem of damaged product.

Worked wonders while using it but they came back the next day and didn't die. So it's great for a quick way to gid rid of what's on them... not so good for keeping them off

Received in good time. Husband tried on and were smaller than advertised. Ordered a Large (tags indicated L) but measurements matched that of a medium. Husband needed them ASAP.
Good product just didn't receive the correct size.

It took them awhile to get the prescription sent to my vet and the dosage on the bottle was wrong so I sent them an e-mail worrying that I wouldn't be able to refill on time they responded very quickly and said they would get with my vet and send me an e-mail after they did which I still haven't gotten a month later, but I received the product quickly and at a great price so I will order again.

I ordered 5 way dog vaccinations. I had not issues with the product itself. The shots came individually pre-packaged after 24hr shipment. My issue is that I accepted the shipment off of the UPS truck directly and immediately took them inside to find that the ice packs were completely thawed/room temperature. I'm not sure how long they were at room temperature but I was hoping they would have still been cool at least.

We ordered a bander for larger calves and did the best we could in determining the correct sized bands from the Valley Vet website, which wasn't explanatory at all. They were the wrong size so we called and paid for some others and had to wait for their arrival, putting us behind the schedule we had planned. They worked.

I had asked for LONG dated wormer. Now I have to try to sell it. Not likely! Not real happy! I have one horse, a mini. Everything is out of date in 6 months.

ValleyVet has been my go-to company for LACTATED RINGERS SOLUTION 1000 ML. Over the years the manufacturing companies have changed but the product remained consistent. The recently received BAXTER-LACTATED RINGERS SOLUTION 1000 ML was the exception. The BAXTER product had ML markings; however, did not have the 1/2 ML markings. Its a minor detail but when administering 1.5 ML, it was nice to have the 1/2 ML marking for reference.

The shipping cost are so high that I don't think I can order this product from you in the future. I figured out that Amazon charges $104 with free shipping.

Some items are always out of stock for months! Need to fill up the out of stocks items as soon as possible. But you guys have been doing a great job!

Shipping was good. You get what you pay for in quality, so i knew what i was getting and it will do the job. Will probably order from valley vet again.

I think these would work great in warm weather, however they aren't proving to do so well in the cold. It seems that the warm air from the calves noses mixing with the cold air is causing condensation to build up therefor making the nose weaner to slip off.

When I was making my order, i tried to do it by logging into my account. Valley Vet would not let me. I tried resetting password and have had no success and still cannot bring up my account. VV said I would get an email about my order and it's shipping status...I have gotten nothing correspondence wise...but fortunately I did receive my order at my doorstep...but I had no communication as to when it was going to be delivered.
I'm satisfied that I got my products, but I'm very frustrated with my account login issues and lack of delivery communications and would like VV to contact me and fix my account issues. Pam M

Lack of communication on a prescription order was frustrating. It took over a month to get order. Would have been nice too have some email updates so I could easily understand what was causing the delay. Other mail order placed do that. Will give them another shot.

My container lid was damaged- probably in shipping so in order to keep the supplement fresh I have to use tape to keep it closed

On a new prescription that the vet says she will be taking the rest of her life - it came with NO REFILLS! And that was way too much $$ to ship a teency 1/4 oz box! I'll have to keep using the service until a more 'budget friendly' service can be found. So here we are...

The syringe box was in horrible shape with the syringes spilling into the main box... each had a container, so they were okay, but disappointed in the packaging condition.

I spent so much time looking for an item that I got frustrated that I had to look at a previous order just to find a item number or the search name.

I ordered a medium halter in August and it was too big so I ordered the small halter but it is almost the same size as the medium. They are both too big for my daughter's 9 month old beefmaster heifer.

It arrived last night and you are asking me to rate it when I have not even gotten it to the barn. That is hard to do. The ordering went well, delivery went well and you checked up to be sure it had arrived and I am sorry I cannot rate the product until I have a chance to use it. Looks fine. My daughter recommended it but I have not had time to use it.

I had a mare with torn eyelid, I ran out of vet meds for. Vet over an hour away and trip costs $100. I waited a week for the meds to arrive- Vet had not heard from you for verification of order. I went to Tractor Supply to find something to help the horse and bought what they had. Finally my order arrived after the Mycrocin AH had it controlled. I used you in the past from South Florida and don't remember your firm being slow to contact my vet or send product. Need to tweek your system maybe?
