Vaccine was not packed appropriately, it was put in a cooler next to box of syringes with only one small ice pack. Wasn't warm when it arrived but not sure if it was cold enough. Not sure if the vaccine will be effective.

If you are buying things that have subjective variables like fit, color, texture, it would be wise to order from some place else that has a friendly return policy. Valley Vet does not. Ordered four pairs of jeans, same brand same type. Two were pre-washed two others were not. The non- pre washed had a totally different look, and material. I didn't like them at all. Returned to exchange for two of the pre-washed, cost me $23 to return, almost the cost of a pair of jeans. Totally blowing the small value that they had on the price of their jeans.

When I called they said it was a heavy winter coat, when I got it, it is a medium winter. It is not for upper North West Wisconsin winters.
They're a great idea but a big hassle to put on they tear easily and come off the back legs I really wish I wouldn't have spent $50 on them if they were thicker more like a harness they'd be better
I opened the box and there was no fittings on the tank. I called ValleyVet right away the ladies there were very nice, said they would contact the 2nd party. Said parts were on the way. Parts arrived, still no way to attach a fitting to this. So I went on Amazon and ordered a bulkhead fitting, drilled the tank and installed it. The inside of the tank is not flat so I hope its a good seal. I am going to fill it today. Then I flip it over and there is a hole in the flat part of the tank. What Is That! Definitely not what I requested so i have to plug this before i can fill it. Tried to save a few bucks, didn't work out. Not Recommended!
Ordered sheep hoof boss trimmer. Received inoperable horse trimmer. Ordered silver x-course trimming disc and received gold course disc. Great confusion getting it resolved.
Overall, would give a great experience, but... ordered a trainers lead, item *******, was not same as shown in the catalog and the swivel snap is broken.
I ordered a gallon of chlorhexidiene solution and 3 bottles of Synothovial Seven. The Synthovial was packed right next to the gallon bottle, inside the bubble wrap. All 3 Synthovial boxes were squashed. The wrap on the eyedropper ruptured so that it is no longer sterile. Their products are excellent and prices are good, but this packing was disappointing.
