I've always dreamed of having an oceanfront beach house on the Oregon Coast but unfortunately it's not to be. Not right now. In the meantime I appreciate going to the Oceanfront Cottage, one of properties from The Houses On Manzanita Beach. The views are incredible, it's at the north end of Manzanita Beach which is quieter and more private. Plus you don't have to wade through the beach grass like you do at the south end of the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all we need and the beds are very comfortable. It was a great vacation and we look forward to coming back.
There are NO cancellations! Even five months out! Booked Jan 21 for a stay in July. 10-12 days later needed to cancel because my mom is joining us and we need a second bathroom. Kim would not allow us to cancel, would not refund our $2300 deposit! But did offer to "allow" us to move to a bigger house for TWICE the price! Greedy and unreasonable!
