I purchased the P90X program from them for $64.95 (a great price with free shipping) and had it in my hands 14 days later. The only problem was the U.S. post office did not update tracking info and I thought it was still in China when it was in the U.S. being delivered luckily I was home to sign for it. Great price and quick delivery with tracking number on shipment I highly recommend them.

Please don't be taken for a $70.00 ride to China and back. I fell for it. When the box FINALLY arrived from China, it came with all the DVD's and so far none have worked properly. The manual and fitness guide were included, but you will need to interpret much, as it is riddled with typos. There is a good reason P90x is cheaper than at Beachbody.com. Remember, you get what you pay for... when will I ever learn?

I placed an order on July 22 - with express shipping, my order was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 days. They contacted me on July 27 (yes, five days later - the date the shipment should have ARRIVED) to tell me the item was out of stock!

They wanted me to exchange it for a different item, but I asked for a refund. Apparently it will take 5 to 7 business days to process the refund - now it's August 3rd and I'm still waiting!

First of all, why is an "out-of-stock" item available for purchase on the website? Secondly, it took them an unreasonably long time to inform me that they didn't have the item in stock. Finally, since I paid with Paypal, a refund is as simple as a click of a button - probably takes less time than it did for them to send me an email, and definitely shouldn't take 7 business days to process.

Seriously? Very very shoddy customer service. I'll never use their website again. Thank goodness Paypal has my back covered - if I don't have that money by the end of the week I'm definitely going to open a dispute.

This website is terrible to order from. They have 0 professionalism and poor customer service. They falsely advertised and want me to pay more for the material that was supposed to be in the original order. Stay away from this site.

This web site sells products as seen on TV. Hoping after reading this that no one else uses this site. On 8/17/2010 I ordered a 9 Minute Electric Cacuum Food Marinator as seen on TV. The price was listed as $78.95 plus $35.56 shipping. Ad said item was in stock. After a couple of weeks I checked with the on line chat lady by the name of Vivian. She said the item was no longer carried and the my money would be refunded. A month ago I was checking again about my refund with the on line chat same lady. She said her supervisor forgot to make the refund. Last night I was checking again about the refund same person named Vivian. Her first coment was (You Again). I asked her if I was being ripped off and she said no my refund would be coming. I have noticed that this site is still advertising this product now with a reduced price of $43.74 and that it is in stock. I hope no one else orders this item with the reduced price as they may be ripped off.
