Ordered their "Lien Report" and they failed to find ANY of the 10 active liens and lis pendens. Jeannie said they would refund, but after 3 weeks with no refund, I initiated a charge back with my credit card and sent them an email telling them I would. I later get an email reply with a cellphone screenshot claiming it was refunded in their system, but it never reach my account. It's just a nice looking website with no real title search capability beside what you can do yourself online.

Tip for consumers:
Nice website, but cannot deliver any search records that are not already available online with basic search.
I wanted to know about 1st and maybe 2nd mortgage or line of credit. One of them was foreclosing and I needed to which one it was. I needed to clarify on info I already had.
I picked the report that claimed to have loan info and foreclosure info and other info I didn't need much as I had already got that info from the county web page (free).
Paid the money, got the short report, NOTHING on the mortgages, NOTHING on the foreclosure or liens. LESS info than I already had from the county web page (FREE).
Save your money, go the county web page for free and get 5 times more info for free.
