I've lived in Piru for 2 years now, and one of the pleasures of the community is Monique and Eric at the local Post Office. They are a joy to know. I don't feel like a customer with them, I feel like I'm part of the family. The two of them make such a great team, no one is perfect but I must say, I've been here for 2 years and they have been error less. 100% great customer service. My 6 year son Benjamin loves him some Monique. What a model site? They know what they are doing and they provide outstanding customer service to our community, and by the way, they are some of most honest people I've ever met. Russell

Turned in 4 separate change of address forms, still not getting our mail after three months. The mail can't be found. Evidently just thrown away. Bills not received and now going delinquent, credit rating being damaged. Twin Falls Idaho post office needs to be investigated. I am sure nothing can be done cause its a government operation. I can show no proof, we got no mail. Of course the net screen down says I cant tell or will be subject to prosecution

Bills not received and now going delinquent, credit rating being damaged. Twin Falls Idaho post office needs to be investigated. I am sure nothing can be done cause its a government operation. 3 out of 3 failures. Never again. I'll pay for UPS before I ever use the US Post Office again. I sent certified mail with tracking numbers. One was delivered to the wrong state, the other two ended up in limbo. They have never been delivered and if the post office screws up its all on me to resolve their mistakes. Call their 800 number and wait on hold forever file a missing mail claim. How do they stay in business with this level of crappy service

What is the purpose of mailbox numbers when these ignorant fools can't read them? Constantly sending packages to the wrong addresses. What is ironic is USPS keeps going up on shipping fees and stamps. Something is seriously wrong here. Perhaps if USPS started deducting the cost of lost packages from the delivery drivers paychecks, this would stop! USPS drivers are overpaid when they screw up like this. Maybe glasses should be mandatory for all delivery drivers!

Ordered a new gas valve for my furnace that crapped out on the 1st of January. It's now the 10th and still don't have my gas valve. Was told it would be here by the 5th but they have decided they want to send my part to 5 different usps facilities in the country before sending it to where it was supposed to go. Can't imagine why usps is going flat broke and bankrupt their service sucks.

We've had problems for years, never gets better. If we get our mail correctly for any length of time, it's considered a gift/blessing/happy accident from our USPS. We get mail belonging to our many neighbors frequently, and I'm sure many get ours, although we never have it given to us, as that would be someone else's inconvenience. Also, I currently have a package, delivery delayed by USPS for going on two weeks now, with no explanation. Who knows what's up with that. I'm going to assume lost. USPS is unprofessional and lacking, and every time I am expecting something that's important to me, I get anxiety when I realize it is being delivered by them. Curiously, my unwanted junk mail is brought to me flawlessly.

USPS has fallen short of all expectations. They charged me $121 for international shipping, rejected it for a minor description error locally, returned my package.my package never left the US! Did not refund my money. Ruined the holiday for my aged mother waiting for the package. Worse, no response by the post master general or the USPS consumer advocate to my grievance. They did not even bother to acknowledge my complaint. Mailed a whole bunch of cards to India. Not one was received. So don't know why USPS is taking our money but not delivering service?

Usually when I track a package, I'll see "your package is out for delivery" and "will be delivered by 8 pm". Today I tracked and saw, "Your package is out for delivery, expect delivery between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm". Great! I thought, this is new, never say that before! Then at 1 pm it updated to, "expect delivery between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm". You an see where this is going. It never comes when they say t will, so the "expect" time just gets moved up. Presently, it will arrive: "BY MIDNIGHT"! Who the heck delivers mail at midnight or is up to receive it? Totally nuts and unhelpful.

The WORST possible organization to have used for receiving CHRISTMAS packages!
You have no priority, you can kiss your CHRISTMAS packages goodbye... they sit on hundreds of dollars of merchandise for weeks...

Then the head of the postal service endorses a Presidential candidate and we are supposed to trust them with mail in ballots as well.

An "F-ing" joke of an organization just sucking up cash and screwing over hard working Americans!

This company used to be Government owned. Now, privately owned by someone that does care about the United States Citizens.
I have packages that was scheduled to arrive before December 1,2023.
Did not arrive, showing still stuck in USPS distribution center within 185 miles from my residence. Called customer service, NO help. I did know that the United States allowed children to work for a busy.

If you UPS or FedEx drop their rates I'm sure the postal service would go out of business quickly. It is as much of a joke as the rest of the government. I'm tired of critical mail going missing, my packages being stolen until I report them missing, and how no one can explain what employee keeps stealing from me. My letters make it to the local Transit center and then just disappears until I call in to complain. Or showing up right after I file an insurance claim. That's not coincidental. How do you sit on mail for weeks and then miraculously find it after the customer complains? This has happened a grand total of six times since I've moved to this city. Even sending it overnight certified it still miraculously disappears. The United States postal service is a joke. I am researching filing a lawsuit against them

United States postal service employs crooks and an alarming rate. Use a different mail service

Definitely going to switch to FedEx. It May cost more but at least I'll know my packaged will make it to me

Certified mail with important documents lost and after 10 days I submitted a search request. The Post Office replied they lost the package and asked for a more detailed description. Its an envelope not a package and the post has yet to arrive at its destination and I am now at 30 days and counting! Big wake up call. Use FedEx,UPS or even a passenger pidgin but never the USPS. I would give them a zero if I could.And by the way no refund on the postage. Unbelievable!

I paid $81.44 for international priority mail in DOWNEY, CA. I left my small envelope at the Downey Post Office on 2-13-24 and it took 10 days to arrive at Los Angeles, United States, and 5 more days to arrive at the destination.
I called to make a claim and "Toni" tells me that this service has no guarantee. And when I ask her: Where does it say what you are telling me? There is a link on your receipt. The truth is that I felt like laughing and crying too. How is stealing like this allowed? Xenia.

I will never use usps again for any packages, my package was 20-30 minutes away, then decided to bring it south to Portland for the night, then back to woodland that morning followed by shipping it across the United States over to New York for NO REASON I'll be lucky to receive this by the 31st. Always have had bad experiences when using usps but now I'm going to be calling companies whenever ups isn't available for shipping and try to pay extra to get ups for shipping.

There exists a pattern where they, in full confidence, dictate to you dates and down to the minute times of their delivery. Great except it a total lie. Every time they claim to have delivered something its a falsehood. If this was placed in the mailbox, then why is it when I go there and open it, it is not there. I suspect a lazy political hire who marks off packages as delivered instead of delivering them. I fill out the 5 page form asking questions they should know and the system fails, try again later. Trash

Upon receipt of package, the outside of the box was damaged in several places. These boxes are used to help store the item and keep it protected. Please see attached photos.

I really wish usps would keep their nasty paws off my packages, after I receive these 2packages I'm done ordering online! Mail carrier is so lazy she doesn't attempt to do her job, she is lazy and unproductive. It kills her to ring a bell or knock, better yet put it on my screen porch. Oh no she'd rather put a pink slip in the box and keep driving. I delivered newspaper for years and customers appreciate when u do your job to the best of your ability not the bare minimum. Supervisor wants to tell me how long the carrier worked in the area, I don't care! Give her a lifetime off clearly she is burnt out or just plain lazy and doesn't need a customer service job period! Until UPS, Dhl start back delivering I'm done with online ordering.

Tip for consumers:
I wish I could have someone else deliver my mail and packages, I hate usps! They don’t care about their customers giving lazy business service. Customer service will never be the same as it was in early 2000’s, just sad and ridiculous

Our postal worker at Stone Lake, WI comes on really strong. It's almost obnoxious. It's ok to be polite and one should in customer service but this lady takes her job WAY TOO SERIOUSLY.

About 6 months ago I purchased an item online. According to USPS tracking package arrived in Denver sort facility. After an investigation item was lost. On February 29th, 6 months later I had another item lost. Apparently package made it to Golden CO post office where an individual picked it up. USPS confirmed my name and address were on package but could tell me "who" picked it up. USPS should get out of the shipping business. Only the government bailing them out keeps them in business. They do not care nor do they need to care.

I send document via express mail which cost $70 back in June. It hasn't arrived until sep 2 which was no use, I had to resend it with different comp.
I failed claim about it after numerous phone calls and nothing has been done,
They say you have insurance which doesn't do anything! You will not get your money back!
Also, keep calling for someone to give me answer and nobody is picking up!
Awful service! Not only that they took my money but caused me lot of stress!
Would Not recommend to anyone!

The postal workers are usually helpful but the USPS as a whole barely even functions. They are the spirit airlines of the mail world. Cheap and will be lucky to get to the destination in one piece if arrived at all. No wonder they almost went out of business. I'm to the point I'd rather pay more with UPS or Fed Ex and guarantee fast and reliable shipping than pay a little less and not even get the service I paid for.

Shipped a package to my gf in Mexico for the cost of $90 with nothing inside that should have caused the package to be sent back, since I read all the restrictions. I packed it in front of the postal worker. They still sent it back to me after weeks of saying it was on its way. I did not get a refund, and the customer support told me they could not tell me why it was sent back to me or what my package contained that did not make it past UNITED STATES customs. If I am not going to be refunded I would at least like an explanation for what did not pass inspection so that I could take it out and reship it. This made me lose trust i usps and in the future I won’t ship anything expensive with them. The customer service lady was rude and horrible too and it infuriated me.

If you can't do your job then quit, and let Amazon do it. Your wasting a lot of people's time, and patience. Delays for 8 months are you kidding me? Completely unacceptable when it's people's medication. I cannot believe how much better the mail services used to be. This is 2024, things are supposed to be better by now. The Supreme Court is getting involved makes me laugh. Can't wait till your contract is canceled, should be soon with how your running your business in to the ground.

About 80% of my packages the last 6 months have been either significantly late or don't arrive at all. The mail will be in my state and right next to me then completely go the wrong direction for some reason and take ages to arrive. The drivers must be either untrained or incompetent.

Status updates are often wrong. I'll be told my package is "Delivered" then it won't be to me for days. It'll be "out for delivery" when it's not even near me.

Using USPS is extremely frustrating and their lack of good service is ridiculous. It's insane how bad of a job they do. Their website doesn't even work well enough to actually file a complaint.

HORRIBLE!

Tip for consumers:
Constant late packages, incorrect status updates, and missing mail. Drivers can't do a simple job. Set your expectations to zero.

Sorry excuse of a government run delivery system. My stuff is ALWAYS late, lost, damaged. I'm no longer shipping with them unfortunately most of my packages come through them. I'm still waiting for a package from less than a 100 miles from me. No bad weather, just poor excuse of service. It's been a week. I hate the usps

With shipping rates so high, you would think USPS would at least have the packages delivered on time, the last packages I have ordered have arrived late! This has been an ongoing thing alo tracking status never updates or status states package will be deliverd on a certain day but never does it. With the technology we have why cant these simple issues be fixed and have accurate information? Come on USPS get your act together!
