I was given a super nice steering wheel as a gift but needed an additional part to install the new wheel, so I jumped on line and found US Performance. My part was $20 cheaper from US and was shipped out right away. I recommend US highly.
I ordered the energy product over a month ago. After a week I emailed and they said that the supply company had not sent any product to them. They said by end of month they would have it and my order would be priority. End of the month came and no product so I emailed again and they said by end of week. Guess what I still have not received anything and no idea when they are going to get me my product. I am very disappointed with how they took my money but failed to send a product. If you have none to sell then you should not have taken my money.

Definitely really pleased with this company and super happy to have found a place where they sell replacement parts for my NRG quick release! Also the shipping was super fast! I got my product in no time at all!

I ordered a set of NRG 700 Series lugnuts from US Performance Labs which I have never even heard of before and while the product came quick and at the best price available with free shipping, one of the lug nuts had a very obvious paint imperfection on the cap. Little disappointing but not worth the hassle of returning the set for just one bad lug painted wrong. Other than that I had a great experience buying from US Performance Lab
I was looking for a while and finally came across this site. At first I was nervous because I couldn't tell if the site was a scam or not lol. After a bit of research I was able to confirm and went ahead with purchase. Got the item super fast and it was just what I wanted. Even included some lit stickers. Highly recommend

I ordered a carbon fiber glove box for my s13 and I guess they came in damaged. So they refunded the money. I asked if they would be getting more soon but got no reply. I was very excited for this part and still would like to order one.
I really love my seat harness. I have been looking for them in pink and everyone said they were out of stock. I contacted NRG and they said they were in stock so I notified US Performance lab. They got with their salesperson and got me some and sent them very quickly! They even sent me a picture of them first so I could make sure they were the color I want. I wish they had a coupon because even after the free shipping they were still slightly higher priced than other sites seat harness, but I'm very glad they had them. Mine were hard to find so it made it worth it. They had my steering wheel hook from NRG too when others were sold out so I got that as well.

I never got a confirmation email regarding my order, but when I checked out i requested to receive text notifications for shipping. I received a text with my tracking #, it stated that order would be here Monday, it hasn't arrived and now I when I check the tracking, it just states that my item will arrive late, with no date given. This is very concerning, and hope that my item arrives soon.
Found the exact part I needed, however the item sat to be shipped for a couple of days. When it finally was sent out to be shipped it was delayed, not the company's fault but It just extended the delay. Shipping took about a week and a half but if it was shipped the day I ordered, I assume it would have taken one week.
Waiting two full weeks for the order when expected delivery date was 2-5 days. Sent an inquiry no response besides this survey, whoo
Hello Emiliano, Order was placed on June 28th at 5pm. Shipped out the following day Thursday June 29th and was delivered July 1st. Order arrived in 3 days.
After researching and buying from larger companies I came to realize they all had "fake" stock. I was told to give US Performance Lab a call, he picked right up and said he had the NRG seat i was after. Placed it on Thursday morning, shipped out Friday and got to my door in TN by Tuesday. Would definitely buy from this company again.
I placed my order with a man named CHUCK he was more than helpful he stayed on the phone until all my questions were answered and I had many of them he even made a follow up call to make sure everything went smoothly that's why I would and am telling all my friends about US PREFORMANCE LABS everybody should have customer service like that! I was order two item which was available in the we then after 4 days I receive email that is the both item out of stock and if I want it I should wait 8 weeks
Order was placed over the weekend and we responded with in 2 business days, since we had to wait for an ETA from the manufacture. We did offer a full refund and customer chose to wait. We do stock most top selling products and do our best to keep inventory updated and accurate as possible. However due to Covid19 most manufactures are short staff and are doing their best. We apologize if this has caused any inconvenience.
I was unable to source this particular part which was a NRG horn button retainer ring from the UK so had to purchase from the US. Resolved my issue so i am very happy, delivery time was 8-9 days which was expected the only gripe i would have is that the item cost around $11 but the delivery for a very small item with hardly any weight to it was around $30, i think the delivery charges could have been lower. But other than that very happy with the service.
This was my first time ordering NRG from a U. S supplier and not an in store retailer from where I'm from (Canada). The shipping was really quick and the prices were fair! Duties weren't too bad either. I would definitely order from them again.

It was supposed to be delivered the 15th and I still haven't gotten it. Which is a shame because I was was very excited.
Item was shipped out, same day. We however have no control once item is picked up by the carrier. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience.
