Quick and easy. Excellent service. I would use them again and again. They were very helpful and easy to do business.
I abandoned my application when I realized the the $39 fee was to low for a passport and card. I assumed that was just the fee for them to file it. I did all the work filling out the form. They 1st make it seem like you can download the form or fill it out online and download the the for and take it to your post office or wherever you want to file it. Yes they do make it seem like a government site. When I saw they don't take AMEX that was also a clue for me.
Not a wonderful company. Promised me completion dates and it became my responsibility to follow up with them. 14 day passport service took over a month. They did refund $50 of their fee, but overall not a great experience.
