I spoke to Shoreka and she was very knowledgeable And waisted no time.I think USM is very good and easy to get your supplies.The cost is very reasonable and they do all the calls to medicare and your doctor.I recommend USM to everyone.The workers are very kind and get your needs don't asap. First off, they failed to mention that they were removed from my insurance company network in the previous year so I paid $900 out of pocket for my first order of diabetic supplies. Insane. First order went ok. The second order they invoiced me multiple times for the same order. It was maddening. They arent able to track what was paid for by insurance vs what you pay for with co-insurance. This led to a multiple weeks long, several phone call, many online chat sequence where I was the one who had to explain to them how their accounting was wrong and I had in fact, paid the invoice in full. I mean, they wont even ship me the supplies before I pay so how could they possibly think I still owed them? I had to to do the investigative work FOR THEM and match up invoices and receipts. If that wasnt bad enough, this morning they sent me another "unpaid invoice" for supplies that were bought and paid for IN FEBRUARY! How do you keep making these mistakes? Luckily I have kept all my receipts and sent them back to cust service. Avoid doing business with these people if you can.

The lift chair we bought can be bought through many sources - while shopping for the best price I got a "coupon code" in an email from US Medical supplies. OK, that made it the best price, but the lead time was a month. Coupon code discount was not applied, charged for the full price and still it took a month to ship.

There was confusion on the exact delivery date. There needs to be a follow up e-mail to track the time and date of delivery. I wasn't told the 7-10 day window.
My mother said the person who delivered the chair was not friendly.

Purchase chair and head pillow and lumbar. Chair arrived before schedule date which was good. After setting chair up found the control box that lights stay on all the time. If we leave the control in the chair the cushion and control get warm. One night the control was under the back. When remove the whole area was extremely warm. Pillows to large for chair and not the same color as the material on the chair. Tried numerous times to contact salesman no reply. Talked to couple other salesman and they and transferred me to parts. Parts does not answer or return call. Very disapointed

Well, the ordering & paying part was easy. I was sent an email saying it was being shipped After 6 weeks & 3 phone calls I was finally told that my chair would not be available to ship for another month. NICE! Why did they wait until then to tell me. I asked for my money back & was told it will be up to a week to get my debit back. We'll see what happens. Never will order from here again.

The Pride lift chair arrived in a timely manner and lived up to expectations. Custom fabric order only took 2 weeks from order placement to delivery. Pretty good. Beware the delivery seem to be "at the curb" only and it's up to you to get the chair inside.

The "personalized service" you supposedly get by ordering via phone versus online is a joke. My order was incorrectly entered. The salesman never responded to my calls to get the order corrected. I finally talked to a different person to get the order corrected. Save yourself the 3% and order online. Don't fall for the "personalized service" lie.

Added the 'white glove' delivery service - it was a joke - delivery men could not get out of my home fast enough - had to tell them 3 times where to locate the chair (1 room, not difficult, but they just wanted to drop and run). No instruction how to use the chair. The $185 spent on the service was wasted - knowing then what I know today I would not have not signed up for it.
PS - the chair is great; very comfortable; multiple, almost infinite reclining postions; well constructed.
