I spoke to Shoreka and she was very knowledgeable And waisted no time.I think USM is very good and easy to get your supplies.The cost is very reasonable and they do all the calls to medicare and your doctor.I recommend USM to everyone.The workers are very kind and get your needs don't asap. First off, they failed to mention that they were removed from my insurance company network in the previous year so I paid $900 out of pocket for my first order of diabetic supplies. Insane. First order went ok. The second order they invoiced me multiple times for the same order. It was maddening. They arent able to track what was paid for by insurance vs what you pay for with co-insurance. This led to a multiple weeks long, several phone call, many online chat sequence where I was the one who had to explain to them how their accounting was wrong and I had in fact, paid the invoice in full. I mean, they wont even ship me the supplies before I pay so how could they possibly think I still owed them? I had to to do the investigative work FOR THEM and match up invoices and receipts. If that wasnt bad enough, this morning they sent me another "unpaid invoice" for supplies that were bought and paid for IN FEBRUARY! How do you keep making these mistakes? Luckily I have kept all my receipts and sent them back to cust service. Avoid doing business with these people if you can.

I have been trying for over a month to switch to US Med for insulin pump supplies.
Can't reach customer service on the phone. Online chat is almost no help. Now I'm down to 7 days of supplies and the chat says they can't reach my doctor for prescription. How about keeping me in the loop!? I think I made a huge mistake changing suppliers!

They are slow. It would take me 10 minutes to get my CGM supplies at CVS or Walmart. It takes me two weeks to get them through US Med, if I get them at all without follow up, which involves sitting on the phone for half an hour until I receive an unacceptable response. Then, the price is three times what it would cost at CVS, but that is probably a function of collusion with my insurance company. This makes no sense.

Want to set up Dextron 6. Gave all my info. First told no charge. Latter told $45 month. Ok understand. Gave my credit card info. To them. Was told it would ship out that day. Four days latter no word. Tried to us there portal to check order never worked. Not surprised. Called again was to I said I would pay later.?
Then told my card was declined. No reason for that so called usaa no charge ever made. I just keeping getting the run around. Called another supplier will have my Dextorn 6 by end of week.
Will never us this company.

Will not ship Libre Freestyle continuous glucose monitor sensors until 2nd day before current supply runs out. This has resulted in a gap between need and receipt. Unresponsive to questions regarding my purchase of sensor(s) apart from insurance in order to assure my having a sensor available when needed and/or when I will not be home for a few days around the time when they are willing to provide a prescription refill.

I try to order my diabetic supplies and they keep giving me a run around. They keep tell me that they are waiting on my Doctoor to send them a purscription. I had to buy my supplies on line. Andd I have Medicare.

It takes a long time to receive your product and then 3 weeks after you receive your product they finally decide how much they will charge you for shipping in addition to the $9.99 you pau at check out. And yes as customer service stated shipping is estimated... however their shipping is way over charged. I ordered two items they came separate and I got charged an additional $14.99 3 weeks after with no notice what so ever. Taking in the extra charges, find a website with legit shipping or free shipping

I would not order from this company again. The wait in receiving the order was weeks when I could have gone locally and had the same functional chair delivered and being used within three days. I had to keep contacting the company to find out where the chair was in delivery.

The business model is not client friendly. They build a number of chairs before they are loaded on a truck and sent over a number of states before it is delivered nearby the buyer.

FedEx Freight was going to charge extra for a lift truck for the driver to get the chair off the truck after I had already paid delivery charges.

I have not had a chance to install this yet, but I am highly upset I was required to purchase a docking device that consisted of 3 straps and hooks for 229 $.

Ordered a non-customized lift chair on Feb. 7,2017. Sales rep promised that it would be delivered by Feb. 19th. As I write this on Fe. 27th, no chair and NO return phone calls from ANY reps as to what's going on with our chair. I even left a message for the Vice-President.

I could not find the product locally that I was interested in so I had to depend on the sales representative to give me an honest answer. I was interested in the LC 525L because of its rating for tall people. They offered a footrest extension for an extra fee. Three different times I asked the sales person if the extension came up parallel with the leg rest, or stayed down below it. Each time he assured me that it went out and up, extending the chair. It doesn't (confirmed by a call to the factory) and by observation of my chair. The chair is well built and comfortable, but I was charged for something I cannot use.U.S. Medical is not interested in my problem. Returning it is not an option to me; I need the chair NOW, and I am totally disabled and could not package it up for return if I wanted to.

Tip for consumers:
Don't believe anything the sales person tells you. Verify your question some other way.

"Horrible service. No follow through and no service. I purchased a stair lift on May 5th and was told would ship next day via UPS. Called on May 8th to get tracking #, 2 different times, left messages with rep that answered they said sales agent would need to get tracking #. No response. Contacted the rep assigned on the invoice on May 12th after no responses via phone. No response. Called again May15th and got original sales rep., she assured me item had shipped and she would get tracking #. Oops, item not shipped still in warehouse. Processing error by employee. She Said would ship on 15th, I would get on 21st. Item finally shipped on 18th for earliest delivery on 26th. She said item was shipping via Air due to delays, but no, it is actually shipping via ground. Unbelievable incompetence and poor business ethics. Asked for shipping refund as consideration for horrible service, misrepresentations, no responses, no refund. Obviously this item was needed quickly for elderly parent with health problems and the reps promises are why I purchased from them. Not a reputable firm. Still waiting for item."

In less than 2 years since the purchase of the "Mobility " Scooter for my uncle, the item has all but quit working. We have replaced the battery twice, replaced fuses and purchased a new charger for the unit, as well as taken exceptional care of the scooter, parking it indoors and covering it on the occasions that it is outdoors. Sadly, my uncle has been left stranded many times. The scooter currently only holds a charge for 15 minutes, despite being fully charged. My uncle just called me a few minutes ago. It is cold and raining and he is stranded again. I am very disapointed with this purchase.

WE PURCHASED A GOLDEN TECHNOLOGIES 756MC WAS SUPPOST TO BE THE BEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE ON THE MARKET.(CALLED MAXI COMFORT) MY MOTHER HAS HAD THE CHAIR FOR A MONTH NOW SHE IS STUFFING PADDING EVERYWHERE TRYING TO GET COMFORTABLE. SHE CALL THE MANUFACTURE ABOUT THE TV SITTING POSITION THAT THE BOOK SHOWS AND THE CHAIR WILL NOT DO. THEY GAVE US A NUMBER TO A STORE IN SPRINGFIELD MO. THEY EXPLAINED THAT THEY DID NOT SELL THAT CHAIR AND THAT COULD NOT GET PARTS IF THEY NEEDED THEM.(SOME WARRANTY STATION THAT IS) THEY ALSO SAID THAT IF THEY CAME OUT AND FOUND THAT THE CHAIR WAS NOT BROKE THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE A SERVICE CALL. WE EXPLAINED THAT WE DID NOT THINK THAT THE CHAIR WAS BROKE BUT THAT IT WOULD NOT GO INTO THE TV SITTING POSITION. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANY THING ABOUT IT. MYSELF MY 82 YEAR OLD MOTHER WOULD LIKE SOME HELP ON THIS MATTER.
