Left a review of this company as a '1 star's site after spending 27 hours cell phone time trying to get a live operator. No success, and no help from the national and local offices of Social Security. Attorneys refused to assist me as well. I finally complained to the Office of the Inspector General, which oversees S. S. waste and abuse. The following morning I got a live operator in 2 minutes time waiting. Unbelievable corruption. Got missing third card cancelled and forth card mailed. Problem solved here but it cost me several thousand dollars injury. The 3rd missing card was withheld by a mail service clerk and a policeman guard for 7 days while it sat on a shelf within 10 feet of myself and both of them. New card finally received after nearly a full month of disappearances and choiceful refusals of service. Beware of no live operator and con job refusals. Always go to a legal oversight group quickly. They did not even agree to correct their wrong computer coding, and refused to admit wrongdoing.
Ten days so far trying to get a refund from a business after my card was hacked which has nothing to do with my account but it's a hack nonetheless. Plus customer service is just awful... rude and unhelpful. Ugh.
