Only process that works is how fast they process payment! A week later they are still piddling with wrong emails, sending me responses/ papers with my name mis spelled by their company etc. Terrible service. I needed a copy of my birth certificate quickly, went to ANOTHER company and had a certified copy within two days. STILL waiting on US Birth certificates to finish the application process. What a waste of time and money!

Update: Was not double charged
Filled out application, went to payment, a message popped up that said there was a problem with your payment and within 3 seconds the message disappeared before I could read what the problem was. A timer was ticking for how long I had to complete the application so I submitted payment a second time and it went through, now I am worried I will be double charged. When handling payment for sensitive information there should never be any confusion.

Received my my birth certificate a few days before I was scheduled to receive it which was impressive because honestly I was expecting for it to be late and fact that it was I'm surprised but at the same time thankful. Personal reasons. Both of my parents are deceased, my mother died 2 years ago and it seems like only yesterday that her and I were laughing and talking over the phone, I miss her terribly and I never had my birth certificate before and its mines legally and by birth right and I just need to have it and really I don’t really know why but when I received it and opened it I felt a sense of ease come over me I can’t explain it. So years I chooses US Birth Certificate because I have heard that they where the company to deal with, ( I was scammed from the first agency I went through, but it s know big deal, I have it now thanks to you guys)and I wouldn’t be disappointed nor scammed and I trusted the individual who spoke highly of your services so I decided to give you guys a try and think god I did.
