I have ordered from usavetshop several times and never been disappointed. It says right on the order that it takes something like 14-20 days or so. When I called, I spoke to someone about this and was told it shipped from England and the name difference is because that is what FrontLine is called in Europe. I've never felt scammed or lied to and did get a response when I called. In fact, I order over the phone so don't know what the last two raters are talking about.
Seen a Google Ad for usavetshop.com advertising Frontline Plus for $19.99 with free shipping. What they actually sent was Frontline Combo and even more strange, it was shipped from the UK. I tried calling their customer support but their phone number is disconnected. Emails to the company go unanswered. usavetshop.com is a bait and switch company that rips people off and lies the public about their country of origin.

Never said they were shipping from Europe and it would take 2 weeks to recieve the products. Bad business practices and very shady! They make you believe it's an American co. Your doing business with!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are not from the USA they are from British Columbia! I placed an order on Aug 10th and it is the 29th and I have yet to receive my package. The free shipping is so they don not have to get a tracking number and provide you with one. I will never order from them again. VERY DISAPPOINTED
