So far (and as of this writing) as backup and synchronization software goes these guys spent a tremendous amount of time and money on development only to make their entire service completely useless for one of the most $#*!ed of reasons. Ready for this. Once you install the software you cannot delete files! No matter what you do if you delete a file you no longer want their software will re-download it from your backup and put it back. Now I am sure sooner or later they will have to fix this but I mean really... how $#*!ed. Also, when they first advertised and got me sucked in they were an unlimited backup service which they did away a week or two after I had paid my yearly membership fee. I submitted a support ticket and was able to get a refund for my money based on these two above listed complaints complaints.
