I purchased 3 Beauty Advent Calendars from Lookfantastic in September, 2022. The website said the product shipped in October. I'm sitting here today, after 5 chat sessions with Lookfantastic with no Beauty Advent Calendars as gifts. I was offered a $10 credit...$10? Seriously? They've had my $540 since September and were never able to get me the product or provide me with updates. I will never buy from this company again.

That is the most UNPROFESSIONAL site I ever used. I ordered 4 products at Look Fantastic and as my purchase was over $100, I received a beauty bag gift. However, they sent the beauty bag but not the product I paid for. The order status says "DELIVERED" so I contacted them to get the product or the money back. I sent 3 emails with no success and no response. WHAT A JOKE! AVOID IN ANY CASES.
