I ordered the LEAF Arcteryx jacket for my husband as a surprise. They shipped it out immediately even though it was around the holidays and my husband got it before the estimated delivery date. When he received it, he loved it of course, but asked me if I let them know we were dual military for the 10% discount, I said now. So I emailed them and asked about it and they kindly refunded me the difference with no questions asked. Wonderful customer service and respect for the military
If I would have realized, there policy is to charge you for shipping all items back to them, regardless of the reason, I would not do business with them. Very important to read the return policy on these online companies. Today not very companies that sell online charge for return items, personally i would not do business with that type of company.

Salmon boots, to narrow, when I returned them, I learned I had to pay the $30 return shipping fee.
Always read the return policy before buying from an online retailer. Most retailers do not charge you for returns, US ELITE does. In today's online shopping and buying of products seems like a terrible policy. I would not buy from any company that has this policy.
