I should have updated this review some time ago. First thing first - if you purchase anything from US-Appliance, you must follow to the letter their product acceptance requirements. Generally this means that you have a very limited window to respond. If you don't, you will likely be responsible for the cost of any repairs that are required. However, I ultimately found a customer service representative that was very helpful and ultimately resolved my issue. I was able to return my oven and get a replacement. It took finding that right person and to plead my case but they made it right in the end. Saved a lot by using US-Appliance.
Not recommended. You pay 140 for the visit. Then they don't fix it and schedule and appointment an other day. And no show up, no answer phone, no text nothing.
I was shopping on Best Buy's website but when I chose my appliances I did not realize I had been routed to US-Appliance.com. I am a widow and live alone and was expecting my appliances to be delivered, the old ones removed and the new ones installed which Best Buy would have done. I had no idea they would be drop shipped. Had I known I was not on Best Buy's site I would not have ordered. It was difficult for me to get someone to come and help me get the old ones out and the new ones installed. I am happy with the product but disappointed in the delivery method. Perhaps there should be some mention of the shipping arrangements on your website.
It was a pretty quick way to buy, but not enough information.. wish they had a way to see if I qualify for doing payments.
The product was left outside. I realized if I paid an extra $100 for a walmart same products that they would at least put it at home
Great product at a great price! Placing the order was challenging due to a system problem at US Aplliance. I had to place 4 phone calls before the order was finally processed and my item shipped. Carla was thorough and professional once she took over the processing of the order.
I was extremely frustrated that I could not obtain a delivery window for my purchase. This is my first transaction with this vendor and I have taken a leap of faith that the delivery of my appliance will be timely. We'll see how it plays out. If you call, please leave a message and a number that I can return the call because I never answer a call from an unrecognized number.

Pop-up window kept resetting the screen to the top every time I edited a field in the shipping address section, which made me scroll down again each time.
While the customer service representatives do really try, it isn't worth it. The first time my appliances arrived completely damaged and broken and I was accosted by the driver for trying to refuse them. The second time I paid the extra money to have them brought inside the house and was yelled at by the delivery guys for asking them to bring them in and told "this isn't what you paid for." They then just left my refrigerator on the porch and refused to bring it in. Eventually they did send people back to move it in but I had to miss 3 days of work dealing with it all.
Tip for consumers:

The price was great. Delivery driver was helpful and assisted removing old refrigerator to the garage out of the kindness of his own heart. It wasn't part of the delivery service. Delivery of new appliance was to the door only so unless you have one or more strong people and a dolly capable of getting the appliance from your door to inside the house, you might be stuck with your new appliance sitting outside until.
I assumed delivery included bringing the appliance inside which mine didn't. Maybe US Appliance offers a more complete delivery service. I don't know. Just make sure you understand that delivery may just be to your door only and not include bringing it inside or setup. If I didn't already have a professional quality dolly at the house I would have been in a pickle.
Otherwise the refrigerator appeared brand new despite some damage to the shipping box. I probably saved around $500 over buying from the local big box retailer but they offer delivery and setup so you'll have to decide if it's worth it.
I tried once to order an induction range but it was out of stock. I will try once again and see if rating your service higher is warrented

Customer service is awful.
Delivery took a little over 3 weeks. With the corona virus going on and ordering a 'special order' GE refrigerator, it was expected. However, when I was inspecting the item right off the truck it looked fine so I signed the waiver for the truck driver. My son ran up and grabbed the large sticker on the side of the box and it revealed a large dent underneath! The box was completely torn apart underneath an intact, perfect sticker!! It was an obvious attempt to cover it up! I don't know who's to blame for that (delivery truck or US appliance) but I did receive a $200 discount for it. I wasn't willing to wait another 3 weeks + for another one. Buying one from the local store would have been special ordered and taken the same amount of time. It stinks that you pay so much for an item and now have to cover up a dent with paper.
It has taken me 2 weeks to figure out all the differences between models & specifications. I am so glad this is over and I have the dishwasher installed in my home!!
The website is easy to navigate and very user friendly. I spoke to a customer support rep and he was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.
Didn't realize that price on wall oven was a sail price and when I tried to check out a few days later the price went up. Would have liked to have known that it was a sail price and when it went off sale.
Any online purchase is frustrating because you don't know what you're going to receive and, often, when you will receive it. I prefer in-person transactions.
Good website, but Fed Ex required me to come to their shipping facility to pick up my appliances. Might as well have bought them at a big box store.
Good service so far there was a small dent in the washing machine which surprised me since it was packed so well.
I almost ordered a Weber Grill at the same time, but there was a phone number to call for "Special Promotional Pricing"? However, I think it was just the normal phone number because, when I called, I was told to call back during normal business hours, so I don't know what the promotion was.
You need a method to accept your US Appliance credit card by Synchrony Bank. It is not a Visa or Master Card...no expiration or security#
Fix that, otherwise you have to call in the order.

I was having trouble with your web site and called for help. Unfortunately got a rude man that kept interrupted me and would not listen to me. He hung up on me as I was trying to describe what my difficulty was and me second phone call talked with Tammy who was very helpful and talked me through the problem. Wish I knew the man's name. Would like to report him. He obviously doesn't like his job. Maybe he should quit. : )
