I should have updated this review some time ago. First thing first - if you purchase anything from US-Appliance, you must follow to the letter their product acceptance requirements. Generally this means that you have a very limited window to respond. If you don't, you will likely be responsible for the cost of any repairs that are required. However, I ultimately found a customer service representative that was very helpful and ultimately resolved my issue. I was able to return my oven and get a replacement. It took finding that right person and to plead my case but they made it right in the end. Saved a lot by using US-Appliance.

Zero stars for US Appliance. This business misrepresented their shipping policy and they are awfully rude. Their representative said that they could split and ship the order as the appliances became available. It was a specific question because I was planning to break down the order into smaller orders for expedience. I was told that they would split the shipments as the items became available. I sent emails regularly to check on the order and request shipping what was available at that time and no one said anything about a charge. All of a sudden months later, they say they will charge a shipping fee each time to deploy the order. Moreover, the manager Ron is extremely ignorant, with his facts and manners. He categorically states that no one said they would split and ship and that the customer heard what they wanted to hear. No, perhaps your colleague didn't understand the question or was not transparent about the policy. Ron didn't look into it or talk to anyone, he just said it didn't happen. There are many emails where the salespeople could have shared this policy but they never did until now. On top of misrepresenting their policy, this business provides a very disorganized and unfriendly customer experience. Ron hung up the phone and said he is "done" because any version of the story other than his is just wrong even though he wasn't in the conversation and didn't check. US Appliance is a disaster and if you buy from them you will regret it. Their website is also misleading with self-selected reviews. Check their Yelp and BBB for the real reviews.

Do not order parts from USA-Appliance parts. I purchased and paid for a part via paypal and received confirmation that it was in their shipping process. The next morning I received a text message that the order had cancelled. I checked back to their website and that same part was in stock at a higher price. I called multiple times and was never able to reach anyone so I left messages and never heard back.

I have had the washer four months (Sep 2020) and it quit washing and stopped draining water out... I called but only a 30 day guarantee. Now I would have to pay them for labor and parts to fix -- I guess I should have bought a brand new one from a reputable company. I see why they do not stand by their junk!

I would rate US Appliance zero stars if I could. From start to finish, our experience was a disaster. I opted to purchase from them despite subpar reviews because they assured me that the items I wanted (black stainless Kitchenaid refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave) were available in February, 2022 despite being out of stock at other big box stores. Once purchased, that ship date changed to March, then April. I began cancelling items as they became available elsewhere, and they "magically appeared" available to ship to us from US Appliance. The first range came in pristine packaging yet was very obviously dropped - there was a puncture in the side of it and both sides had large dents. We were outside of the 24-hour return window once discovered, but US Appliance charged us $240 to return it and ship a new one. The new one was also dented badly on both sides from a forklift or something? But at least no puncture... Then the dishwasher came - also in pristine packaging. Upon installation, a large dent was discovered on the interior side of the door. Again, because we are outside of the 24-hour return window, we are now stuck with it. The refrigerator is also dented on the side, but concealed and cosmetic only so it is not as concerning. I should have cancelled the entire order. The delivery person stated that this is common practice for the company and blames inadequate pallets/packaging; however, all packages appeared undamaged - almost as if they are selling damaged goods in new packaging. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US APPLIANCE UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGED ITEMS AND A LARGE HEADACHE.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them - Seriously, run!

I live on a narrow 2 lane road with no sidewalks or even space to pull off the road. R&L Trucking dropped the appliences off on the road where they could be hit by traffic. I ask the driver to go up the driveway to drop them off but he refused, saying he didn't make the rules. I have a circular driveway, and I have had large trucks drive it with no problems. There is no need to even turn around or back out. Now I have over 600 pounds of appliences I have to get off the street and up to my house. How am I going to do that?

I understand deliveries can be delayed, especially depending on time of year, and covid stalls. I ordered a dishwasher and junction box the end of October. The email confirmation said 1-4 weeks with a Covid19 caveat that said it may take an additional 30 days. I had not heard anything by end of November so called, and was told I should have it by December 31. I finally got a shipping notification the beginning of January. The shipping company then sent a delivery date, that date came and went, I called and set up another appointment, again with no show for my appliance. Several more phone calls and on the 4th delivery date I got the appliance but no junction box -- so this does NO good. I called and got disconnected three times before I could talk to someone in customer service. I am told they will look into it and hopefully get back to me NEXT week and then re-ship it. I requested they just ship one overnight as I have waited just shy of three months! Seriously, great prices but i would not do this again and will not recommend it to anyone.

The oven was shipped damaged, and as it wasn't reported within 24 hours they took no responsibility, they also had no interest in helping me get a replacement part number. Awful company. The sales assistant was rude and dismissive.

I ordered a package of appliances and a few days later called back to order the gun metal pedestals for my washer and dryer. They never got delivered and when i called about them the customer service person Beverley actually hung up on me. They claim i never ordered it and when i spoke to manager, even though I have proof of the 549.00 purchase he claims that wasn't for the pedestals and they overcharged me by 1200 and refuse to give me my money back. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ITS A SCAM

that i should have kept my order confirmation number because apparently they think im delusional and never ordered it

After 15 calls to Samsung, they gave me this company who called me & insisted warranty expired & not coming, if would have looked at serial number would see was a different appliance! I called best buy, not gonna make make another 15 calls to Samsung!

Ordered a Weber Summit grill center model *******, they sent a leftover from 2 years ago model *******. The salesman assured me it was the latest model but poof. They sent me the old one sitting on the shelf granted it was new but it sat for 2 years. US appliances answer if it breaks call weber
Beware they really dont care they want one shot customers and dont care if you return.

I ordered a refrigerator in Oct., being told it would be here by early to mid Nov. I reached out via phone and email numerous times, finally got ahold of someone a couple weeks ago who said it would be here by mid Dec. And would hear more closer to then. In the mean time, I have not heard a word since and I have tried to reach out to costumer service repeatedly via phone and email, with absolutely no recognition at all.
*In addition, there's no simple way (or no way at all?) to leave an actual review on their website.

This is the first time I actually bought an appliances online and at first it was good nice transaction but on the end i had a terrible experience nov. 6 black friday price 2199 then on nov. 25 the price went down to 1999, but guys wont price match it. Horrible.

Within a few days of my buying my washer and dryer, I noticed the price of the washer had dropped a LOT! I wasn't very happy about that. It wasn't a sale item,it just was a price change,and I don't know why your price was so up and down within days.

Delivery Service was terrible. Truck would drive on county road or come within 3 miles of site. Appliance dented when it arrived, but reported after the one day period. US Appliance refused to deal with the issue, saying it is our problem.

Order specified 1-4 weeks for delivery, which is in the era of 2day shipping is enormous. After numerous ignored emails, called in and found out it would be another month minimum! Zero notification to the customer that the order was utterly back ordered. AWFUL!

Placed our first order last week and just got an email saying it had been cancelled! So trying it again but already tired of the hurry up and wait game to see if our major appliances are going to be sent to us or after waiting 4 days they'll be cancelled and we get to start all over again. We could drive across town or even a short drive to a store and pick these items up already for this hassle.

Purchased a $7,500.00 Viking Oven that did not work on arrival. US Appliance Promised to get back to me and after many attempts to resolve did absolutely nothing. Contacted Viking Directly to assist and after troubleshooting and a repair visit acknowledged the fact that US Appliance shipped us a defective unit from their Inventory. Now seeing other negative reviews I wish I never made a purchase from them. Stay Away!

This has been an overall extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Miele Dishwasher G4977 during the Memorial Day sale, but the order was delayed 6 weeks, with a string of excuses like "we had to send it back because of damage" and "this is not our fault, we have to wait for Miele to ship this item", I can understand a few weeks delay but 6? Meanwhile my credit card was charged at time of order placement, not when the appliance was shipped. When it finally arrived, the box was badly ripped and the appliance damaged so had to be refused, at which point US-Appliance manager offered to reduce the price a couple hundred dollars (not worth it to me) or wait several more weeks for the item to ship again from Germany. No thanks, I cancelled and got a refund, and ordered from another company (which delivered the next week), and who told me that US-Appliance had been offering no tax on shipping to my state after a law went into effect last April that tax must be charged. Only positive was the customer svc rep Scott who was helpful and courteous but could only defer to his management, who did not seem very caring.

I ordered my appliances 04/01/2021 from Franco and was told I would have my new appliances in 8-10 weeks. I called 06/07/2021 and was told my range would not be delivered until late 08/2021. I was upset with this information and asked why no one called to let me know of the delay.
I called again today 07/07/2021 and spoke with Ron; Manager and after I asked him why they are still taking new orders and quoting a 8-10 week deliver time when they factually know it is longer. He replied, you are calling me a liar and he saw on my order notes I was rude the last time I called. I asked if he would be upset if her spent $9266. 50 and not be upset when finding out appliances still did not have a definite delivery date? If that makes me rude by pointing out that it is unfair practice to consumers by giving them wrong information then we will call it rude. Truth is, I believe every consumer/customer has a right to know the facts on when their new PAID FOR APPLIANCES will be delivered. I have new construction kitchen and I do not have existing refrigerator or stove and guess what,,,, they do not care. Ron proceeded to tell me if I went to buy a new car that car would be back ordered for a long time. I do not see minutely the parallel in his story telling because I have a car and I bought appliances from US-Appliance under the premise that my new appliances would be delivered June 2021.
Ron is actually rude for not being a problem solver and should have called GE directly to see exactly what the problem is and how they can fix this problem which they now have made it my problem with no support or help from US-Appliance.

When I was directed to your site by google shopping, it indicated "no tax" being in IL but tax showed up any way on the final sale. Also, after feeding in my credit card information the final price was also increased by $50 because of a "price change" and all that looked cheep to me.

Went to the internet to do some shopping on Kitchen Package Deals. Came across this website and seen some nice deals. Did some research and was ready to buy the LGBD1 Package Deal. It is listed as $3599, so I go to purchase this as it fits all of my needs. I go through the whole process of putting my name and everything else in go to review order, price shows $3599-$359.90(Storewide Discount)+$202.44(taxes)= $3441. 54. I click place order to only be reloaded and comes back with a price of $5330-$533(Storewide Discount)+$299.81(taxes)= $5096. 81. So of course I did not continue to complete my purchase with the price difference of $1655. 27. Called in to speak to a manager and was told that was an old price and the price is the $5330 for the package. Won't honor the advertised price on THEIR WEBSITE! I have screen shots and printed off my cart page along with the search criteria. Even went a step further and did a video record of my screen to show them I am not doing anything special and they are false advertising their prices. They proceeded to say that is the price and hung up on me eventually after I kept telling them I am looking at their site and this is the price I am seeing.

I purchased an LG refridgerator, They charged my credit card, Then I waited for the e-mail with a delivery date.
After 3 weeks I called because I had heard nothing.
I was told they were waiting fir it from LG.
I checked every week with them until week # 7!
Still claiming it hadn't come in from LG.
I was disgusted for waitin 7 weeks and no fridge.
Csncelled order, went to local Sears, and had it delivered in 2 days!
They take your money up front, and don't deliver the product.
