Frame cardboard backing was cut too short allowing the metal clips to show through into the framed print.

No one let me know that there would be extra days on the arrival. I had to contact them to find out. I do not think the picture and frame were worth over $100.00.

the prints are nice but I received two of P******* when I ordered one and none of P******* that I ordered?

It would make everything easier if the sizes and costs would appear on the page with the picture. It would save your shopper a lot of time.
It would be nice if you offered the same framing options for any picture that is bought. I would have framed all my purchases if that option was available.
Now having attempted to purchase the items that I've found, I'm continually disappointed...
The receipt that comes in the box with your artwork actually shows the pictures that you've purchased. I received 2 out of 3 that I ordered. The third picture was nothing like the one I ordered, even though they could've checked the picture on the receipt as they packed the box. When I called to fix the mistake and to get the picture I wanted, the customer service rep was very nice and helpful, saying the picture would be on it's way at no further cost to me. Great! Right? No...I received the package in a timely manner, but with the correct picture, but this time the box was crunched up so that all along the middle of my would-be beautiful picture is a wrinkled ridge...across the whole picture. Not happy.

The frame on one of the pictures that I purchased is already coming apart. It was a lot of money to spend for such a poor quality of frame. Pictures are lovely though.

I am hoping the print comes in a flat envelope as I do not want it to have any creases in it. I ordered from another company where that was a problem.

The print arrived in a package and was rolled up. There are creases that show in the frame although I was very careful to avoid this problem. I like the picture very much, however; the creases are noticeable and it does not look professional in any way.

it took over a week to receive my purchase. A lot longer than expected. Also, colors weren't as vibrant as I thought that they would be. The prints didn't work in my room, so I will be sending them back today.

First purchase from this site. Very disappointed with the very obvious, uneven matting that was done on 2 of 4 sides of this framed art print. I assume there was a Quality Inspection prior to shipping out the product; and, this should never passed QC and shipped to the customer. Buyer beware.

Too much trouble to return. Product did not have the same coloring as the online painting. I'll not deal with this site again.

Picture was of poor quality - for the price - and with defects, like blank spots and printing traces - not form brushes, put print roll down. The frames, both, were open and irreparable, I have to go to another store to order a new frame.

Other than the great options to choose from I have nothing else to base my experience on. Perhaps after I can examine the finish of the products I can better rate the overall quality of this site.
