I bought Two ford and one jeeps from wayfair,the company was Moderno kids, i serch moderno kids and see te vendor ten bouht cars. Very good kids cars to drive, 2seater ride on car ever. I sugest you will see my experience and buy a kids car from moderno kids.
I bought this only because they said if I wasn't completely satisfied, they could send me a return authorization and they had a 15 day return window. Approx 3 days after I got it, I notified them I was not completely satisfied. So now they are saying if I want to return it, they are demanding I pay for shipping (outgoing - to me!), and return shipping, plus a 15% restocking fee. This is their buyer's remorse return policy. They are cryptic when answering emails, plus delay in answering. I haven't had a response for a few days now. It seems their strategy is to let the 15 days expire and then tell me no refund because I didn't get it back to them on time. I imagine it would cost $150 to return it, which is a little more than a third the cost of the scooter. This is not a company I would suggest doing business with. I have never even heard of a company demand I pay the original cost to ship it when they offer free shipping! I only got on it once so I could determine whether or not I was satisfied. Three strides in and my hip broke. Scooter was in perfect condition. They demanded I send them pictures. I did. Not a spec of dust on it. Box when I got it though was all mutilated. How could I know if I was satisfied when it was still in the box! These people are a bunch of liars and absolutely horrific to deal with. I'm surprised they are still in business. Any positive reviews here must be fake

I order a scooter from them on May 14th when it arrived it was a jr not the normal size one... I bought it for my daughters birthday when the wrong size came I hurried and ordered the right size... i then on May 22nd I tried sending them and email about returning the item the person I am dealing with his name is Joe here we are July 1st and we are no closer to having this scooter returned they want $30 to ship it and to restock it that to me is ridiculous he said if you returned something to a store you would have to spend $$ on gas that was his come back seriously... in addition to it taking over 6 weeks now and I still havnt been sent the postage information or address where to send it... his last email told me I would be better off to sell it locally or give it to someone... I asked to have some of the fees waved since it has taken sooooooooo long to get it returned and he told me NO... horrible customer service I don't advise anyone using them

1) From the moment you received the order, you demanded a refund immediately. There was nothing wrong with your scooter. It's not true that we sent you the wrong size, we sent you the exact scooter you ordered. We have written confirmation of your order, which was for the Space Scooter X360 JUNIOR scooter. This was advertised as a JUNIOR scooter and it was what you ordered. It was simply a case of buyer's remorse on your part. We notified you that if you want a refund, you will have to return the scooter first, which is standard protocol for any business.
2). We are absolutely 100% ok with you returning your scooter. We simply ask that you adhere to our return policy (which you agreed to when you placed an order by checking off the Terms and Conditions on our site). 3). You refused to return the scooter as you did not want to pay for return shipping. You kept on demanding a refund, which we have written confirmation of. As per 1) above, we are unable to refund you until you return the scooter. In a situation like yours where there was nothing wrong with the scooter and it was a case of buyer's remorse, you would have to pay for return shipping. Again, we are ok with you returning it, but we're unable to waive the return shipping cost. You refused and that was when you wrote your review.
At the moment, you still have your scooter. If you'd like to return it in accordance with our policy, we'd be more than happy to assist you with that.

Hi Doug, sorry to hear about your situation. We looked at your order and saw it was fulfilled successfully. You requested getting a new free motor (which fell under your warranty period), and we were more than happy to oblige and ship it to you for free, no problem at all. However, when we informed you there was a slight wait time on this motor (which was out of our control as we had to wait for it to ship from overseas), this wasn't to your satisfaction, and that was when you wrote this review. Oh, and not good if the manufacturer happens to be Prodecotech, who are certainly 'polite' enuff (if you can even get ahold of 'em). Like with my electric bike, which is nice enough... but took over 4 months to arrive, along with lotsa 'the dog ate my homework' kinda lame excuses the whole time. Then when it finally did arrive, was immediately apparent the battery already had 'issues'... which they're 'unable' to replace, supposedly because they're waiting for the 'next batch' from Taiwan (what, like they don't even have a single battery left)?! And you can forget about any help from Upzy, who'll just tell 'ya to keep trying to contact the manufacturer (lol)!
