I have been trying since June25 to get a replacement or refund for a failed UPS thats less than 12 months old. I must have called and emailed over 80 times and still no joy. Customer service always promise to call me back but havent done it once. Looking for legal ways to claim my money back now. Worst experience with a company I have ever had.

Echo the reviews of the previous comments. Ordered something on behalf of my company back in May. Numerous calls same answer, Filled in refund form - nothing. Obviously no intention of doing anything. Takepayments washed their hands of it and said they couldn't refund. Asked to speak to the owner Sean Currie one time and obviously nothing. Total coward!
UPSCentre failed to delivery the goods or respond to many emails or calls. In desperation I did the only thing I could and raised a chargeback though my bank. The company takes your money within a couple of days and then goes silent, no goods, no explanation nothing except automated responses. I even found the problem ticketing system and raised a ticket, they then shut my account and banned me from the system. This company is a scam, you will not receive anything for your money so stay far away. The only downside of this review is I cannot give zero stars
Do not use this company. They will take your money but won't send your item. I've emailed several times but I get no reply. I've now filed a claim with Visa fraud department.
Wait for more than 3 months in which I have made 5 phone calls and sent them Emails. No one replying to the Emails and the customer service calls only referred me to their refund Email. No idea whether it is a delayed delivery or not having stock at all. Had to request my card issuing bank for help.

I have worked in IT for more than 25 years and I have never come across a company this bad before. Ordered a small UPS for a side project, first off didn't recieve and order number, so I emailed them. No reply, so, I called them, receptionist said sale would call me back, no call another 2 calls and 2 emails and I finally managed to get hold of someone on the chat option on their website. Finally got an order number and was told the item was out of stock, this was 3+ weeks after ordering it. Then told not to worry, they were expecting a delivery the next day and I would definitely recieve it no later than 3 days later that. Well guess what, you got it no delivery no comunication nothing.
A to put the cherry on the cake, there is an option to contact the director, so I dropped them an email, well I bet you can guess what happened then, radio silence. If you come across their website do yourself a favour a move on.
Lets be very clear here, these guys have only been going since 7th September 2003 (check on companies house for UPS Centre Group Ltd) - so any reviews that say they have been using this company for 'years' is obviously a paid review that is useless - seems all the 5* reviews are along these lines!
If you order from their website, then you will get an auto e-mail from customer services that tell you they will get back to you in '72 hours' - no confirmation of your order or when it is going to be delivered…. If you phone, you will only get a 'receptionist' who does not work in the building in Nottingham or even for the company (they are a 3rd party phone answering service) and although they promise to get customer services to call you back, they do not take a contact number and cannot see the number you are calling from (clearly a 'standard' reply with no intent on calling back).
All in all, this company needs to be avoided as they are really not in the game of supplying goods, just hanging on to your money for as long as they can before they are forced to return it back to you.
Been waiting 4 months for a refund, calls go through to a third party call centre. I am currently contacting a solicitor to begin legal proceedings. Please steer clear
I placed an order for multiple items at the end of January with the expectation of a delivery within 21 business days, as stated by the company. However, it has now been 2 1/2 months, and I'm still without my order. Initially, they did respond to my inquiries promising to expedite the delivery, but unfortunately, nothing came of it. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them—over 10 phone calls—their answering service, detached from the company, could only forward messages without providing any tangible assistance. Moreover, my emails have gone unanswered, and emails to their refund email bounced back, rendering it useless. All I seek at this point is a refund, yet they have completely ignored my requests and effectively 'ghosted' me. This level of disregard for customer communication and satisfaction is beyond appalling. In all my years, across various countries, I have never encountered such incompetence from a business. This experience ranks among the worst I've ever had.
We use ups for industrial use & have used these guys for years always been reliable friendly & good at what they do would highly recommend

Con merchants, they use a 3rd party to take your money, they make you wait 21 days before you realise you are NOT going to receive the item, they fail to respond to the request for a refund. It never ceases to amaze mewhy UK authorities allow this kind of fraudulaent activities to continue
