UPS has a much better service. Drivers are professionally dressed, efficient, and have good attitudes. They don't slam packages and complain every waking moment.
I respect their hard working drivers and fast deliveries, however, when you have an issue with shipment - good luck getting someone to help! The robot on the phone is designed to end your call and not connect you to support. Their website information and the one from the robot differs greatly. The site shows the package being prepared for shipment while the robot tells you there is an issue and to file a claim. Which one is it?
Driver that delivered to 406 E 17 th St York Ne on 12-20-21. Thank you for moving my snow shovel in front of package to hide it from sight. When I came home and saw that my first thoughts were, there is a guy that goes the extra mile. GOOD JOB
As a first timer for UPS customer i did not expect to received my item in a short period, i ordered from February 19 and received it February 22,2020 it suppose to be date of 24, fast delivery and the item is in good condition. I'm a little bit prostrate only for tracking message regarding custom delayed but still you did a great job. Thank you

Overall happy with deliveries. Nothing damaged. Drivers under very tight schedule.

I like to move every couple years, but have never had an issue with UPS. Every location I've lived in I have received top-notch delivery from them. I even had one UPS driver knock on my door telling me my package was damaged, he showed me and he was sending it back so that way I could get a replacement quicker than if I did it on my own and didn't have to haul it somewhere for shipping. It was a very large and heavy dog crate. I was beyond thankful for that. I've moved across country and my new UPS drivers are still just as wonderful as the last ones. They always knock on my door to let me know that I've got a package out front. And every time I open the door when they're still out there, they tell me. Hi and have a great day. They are without a doubt my go to for a shipping company. I personally use them to ship all my packages to family. That way I know it will arrive the same way I sent it out.
I was a victim of fraud, I send the package to the ups store in Robbie st. Halifax, the next day I realize to cancel the delivery to the receiver, I call the ups Canada to stop the delivery I was told to go to the original where I send the package, so next day I went to that store to tell I was a victim of fraud, they immediately wrote on their system to stop the delivery and return to the sender, thanks God for that immediate action the package that I want to be back is safe and in a good hand! Thank you ups team for the great Job! God Bless more and forever to the compony

I was in the store #6938 and the service was perfect. I had problem with my drop-off carpet and did'nt have the delivery label, the man was communicate with my daughter by phone because I didn't understand too much about packages delivery then I could send, I did'nt wait nothing in the line and the return was made wright away. Thanks for you help to the people of store #6938 in Kearny, New Jersey.
I made a claim with ups about my missing package on 12/14 and it still the day that I haven't heard anything from them I have had problems with ups before with them throwing my packages down the stairs not knowing if thing in the package can brake or not have my boxes pop open cuz of them throwing the package this is not cool they need to fix this and someone needs to contact me about my claim

UPS agent named Josh a remote employee from the Philippines is awesome! He made a confirmation that the vendor did not sent the package I ordered through my tracking information. I hope there's a lot of Filipino out there Josh could help with.
I have been to this ups and the manager Robbie helped me so many times. He is the best. This office superseded all the other ones. Staff so pleasant and helpful with everyone. They go above and beyond. Exemplary customer service
And as a senior when you need assistance you can count on them. I am so glad to deal with Robbie. Thank you so much.
I have to say I'm very impressed with General Manager Suhi and, staff from Modesto ca, on 2100 Standiford Ave in Modesto California. Every time I go to ship or to receive its fast accurate on time and just extremely great service. I like it it when he ask do I need tape or stationary supplies. Also very clean an efficient thank you U. P. S

We have the best delivery person period. He is always kind and smiling at everyone in the neighborhood. He actually will turn my day around with a toot and wave from his truck. I can't begin to explain how important that happy man is to us. So, All those bad reviews I'm sorry you don't have Gene!
We bought a last minute gift for a friend. The order was placed before we got hit with 2 feet of snow. I thought 100% that UPS would leave it at our local PO box. I was literally stunned to see the parcel was delivered to our door. We thank the driver and UPS for going way above and beyond. They always get us our packages in a timely manner but this was unexpected. Merry Christmas to all of you hard working people and wishing you a safe and happy New Year.
Customer service starts with a friendly face and a nice greeting as simple as " Hello" this is what was displayed at store #3968 by Trina, thought she was not the employee who originally assist me. Her customer service stood out everyone that came in the store, she greet with excellent customer service, she was patient with the elderly as well that means the world to me. Trina, you rock Queen. Keep up the good work.
UPS has the BEST website. Easy to input in, in a logical manner. Excellent email communication. Will use UPS from now on. Tasks take forever on FedEx or USPS. Thank you, UPS! (Don't understand the negative ratings. Maybe based on drivers. They are not the friendliest -- I'm sure they don't have time for "friendly" -- I care more about the overall service.)
Truck number ******* on amber drive in Oxford pa the driver / delivery guy I Overheard him delivering he was impressively polite when dropping off package to the customer workers like that deserve recognition!
I just recently started doing business with UPS off Cortaro/ Thornydale here in Tucson, Az.
The employees there are WOnDERFUL & FRIENDLY!
My mother recently passed away & one employee especially greatly too for saving me SOOO much stress with all my packages is Audrey Martinez!

I dashed into my local UPS store this morning frantic because my brain forgot how to mail a return (big box). Talia took over and did everything including pasting the address label back together that I had torn off. I was back in my car in 10 mins! WTG Talia!

I ordered a personalized stamp but forgot to choose an ink color. So I now had a beautiful new stamp coming WITHOUT INK! I called Zazzle immediately and they had were so kind and expedited out a black ink pad immediately! I love this place! Such great products and service! Will definitely shop here again!
Tip for consumers:
Make sure if you want to include an ink pad with your personalized stamp, you choose the color when ordering. It automatically stays on NONE, as it is an additional 6 or 7$ for the ink pad. Wonderful place to shop!

I have been meaning to write this review for the last year my UPS driver Tom (out of Russellville TN) is an absolute wonderful joy always has a smile on his face is so accommodating and we look forward to seeing him every time he delivers a package he is an outstanding driver
I was waiting on a package inbound that was sent to the wrong address by the sender. Having only business name ups looked up my business, cross referenced the information with me as the owner and delivered the packges toy home, only one day late! This happened with two different shipments. Brilliant work UPS, thank you!
The gentleman at the South Plainfield, NJ Branch was very helpful and took his time to find us a good deal. He worked around my budget and patiently helped me through the whole process. Great costumer service!
I'm nit sure about the past but over the past few months i had several pachages coming from US and China and all of them were delivered on time, compared to others i find it more reliable and faster.
