You guys usually drop the packages off at one of my neighbor's doorsteps. Today you raised the bar. You sent my package to the neighboring state.
I live in Texas and somehow my package was signed for and received by someone living in Louisiana. My street name doesn't even exist in the city it ended up in lol. Y'all told me I had to be home to sign for my package. Well I was, and you sent my $3,000 computer over 240 miles away and let someone who isn't me sign for it.

The delivery driver did not ring the bell or knock on the door, he just left the note and ran away. Five people were at home at that time. Now I have to go to pick up the pack and is pretty big.
I ordered a medical item through Amazon which was shipped to Sri Lanka through UPS. Yesterday 6th January. I requested a change in the delivery address. This morning I telephoned UPS Customer Service to inquire about my package. The Customer Service Officer MRS DABARE who answered phone conveyed that I have to pay about US$ 125/- as Customs Duties which UPS never got my prior approval. Drive needs to go back to kindergarten since now 2 times in 2 weeks he has delivered my packages to a house with a garage and my house has no garage or shed in front or on sides of my house. My address is on my mailbox in front of house as well as on the front of house by front door.
Twice in a few months shipments were lost or stolen, and filing claims literally impossible. Spent 2 hours both times but to no avail.

Terrible customer service. Been trying to send an urgent package and have phone 3-4 times, yet the customer service agents just repeat the same generic lines and passing my phone call around like a game of tennis. Over the past few years UPS has managed to lose important documents, medication, and parcels for us. This is usually with things going from Canada to the US. Their follow up is terrible. They've just sent me a special link to follow up on their investigation into my complaint and it opens to a page that does not exist. I've called 3 different numbers and the last one goes to a robot that keeps asking me to restate my problem. I asked for an operator and the robot says an operator can't help me. After I screamed "operator" it connected me to someone who sent me a link to the general how to make a claim page. Not helpful.The recipient told me that two other people in her complex did not receive parcels from UPS but they did get those from FedEx. I will use FedEx next time.
Im not satisfied w service i paid more for sending my package told after 24h delivered but after 72h delivered when I follow up they said sender requests change receiver address but it was just excuse for their delay isnot acceptable at all don't trust
This is the second time in 2 days that you guys have tempted to deliver the package to my house and the driver never knocked on my door or rang the doorbell. Someone was home yesterday all day and I spent all day at the house waiting for this package to come in the driver never showed. But to drop off a sorry we missed you paperwork. I had to drive my happy $#*! all the way over to your drop off location at 7:01 Slater Kinney road in Michaels to pick up my package someone is going to give me a f****** refund for my time over this and they're going to pay the full price of the product I expect a check in the mail for a $285 for the inconvenience of me taking my time out of my day to come down here. I'm not sure if this is going to help but the invoice number ticket that was given to me was 9466 2446 5719 by the driver I want him fired for his incompetence of not knocking on the door nor ring the f****** doorbell.
The service I've just receive with UPS was totally dysfunctional.
I got my delivery 3 weeks later than I was suppose to.
No phone calls or email telling me it had fees due to the international shipment. I had to call them to know about it.
When I called, the artificial intelligent voice couldn't understand what I was telling her and when I finally paid the import charges they forgot to tell both packages that were sent to me.
Results: I had to call them again to tell them I already paid the fees.
Than they forgot to look at the change of address but only for the second package... This company is a mess!
UPS is so bad that they deliveried to the wrong place, it was heavy big package more than 40pounds.

Can't believe I lost 2 big packages in the sam month. I spet a lot of fee on delivery every month for internation packages. When they said they oped investigation, after 8 days they didn't get back any answer, just closed the case automaticly. Terrible expriebces with ups! I also use DHL for delivery over 6 years and 0 lost package.

Delivery was 2 days late and the UPS tracking does nothing. Who cares if the package arrived in some random nearby town at the start of the day if it's going take you two more days just to arrive! For a service that demands a delivery fee this is simply unacceptable. Just order from Amazon this entire company is a joke.

Signed up for text messages me about my package being delivered and never received any information on my package being delivered. Called customer service and and they wanted to charge me $7.99 to reroute my package to a different location or for pickup. Was not my fault for my package not being delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. The email I received stated that the package would be delivered by 9:00 pm on 12/28/21. Will not ever use this service for any packages to be sent to me or use to shipping company services anymore.
My above consignment (1Z8A46A*******511) took from Dubai on 12 December 2021 and not yet delivered to the destination till date (kaitaia, New Zealand). And no response from UPS of the status. Upon tracking it shows delivery by end of the day (29th). It already took 17 days.
Customer service is out of the country and their corporate office refuses to take complaints against employees they treat people with issues like crap. They need to bring customer service back to the U.S. wear it truly belongs. Also be aware of they will tell you that they have no access to computers or necessary phone numbers, and the ones they give only offer discounts on unnecessary services and disconnect when you refuse offers. They are all liars, and they all laugh about it. Finally purchased was verified by company bought from along with the proper shipping UPS did not have the right to transfer package, they only had the right to deliver to doorstep of the address given.
