This is the only printing service I will ever need. All of my orders have been perfect,just as designed. And when assistance was needed they are prompt to help. Highly recommended.

“Poor product backed up with horrendous "customer support"”

0 stars if I could. Horrible company with horrible customer service. I used the Reorder button to reorder a previous order to avoid having to not have to go through the lengthy proof process that I already did with my previous order. A "reorder" should be exactly that and supply the same thing you ordered previously, and not be misleading to provide smoothing only "similar." What I received did not match color, image size or material. I contacted them multiple times and was told my case would be reviewed and someone would get back to me by X date(s), but no one did by X date(s) until after I contested the charge with my credit card company. They claimed to my credit card company that they provided what I ordered and this is still in dispute. First image shows original product on the right side and what I received on the left side. Color is faded and image is not cropped on the reorder. U-Printing refused to do any thing to address this. Avoid them at all costs. Such a horrible customer experience and stealing money from customer. Save yourself money and headaches by using another merchant who delivers qualify and has a professional customer support department.

Product came earlier than expected. Print looked fairly decent. Magnets were not strong at all. When sitting stationery the magnets would slide down the vehicle, and they promptly fell off of vehicle during light driving speeds. They were only on the vehicle for three days before they fell off. Was unable to recover them when they fell off, and now I'm out my magnets and my money. Would not recommend getting magnet decals for your vehicle from UPrinting.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy the car magnets.

I ordered Fold over Necklace/Bracelet. I received unglue Fol dover Necklace/Bracelet. The company wants me to glue or staple them myself. What's going on with these Companies lately? Is it really inflation that makes them acting this way. I lost my money.

First time using website here. I found it rather not user friendly. I placed an order, was impressed with time for the most part on receiving order to shipping and delivery. What upset me was I stated I wanted the background color removed from my logo I was having printed, so I could put it on my wall in my business. So, since the goal is a wall decal, I clicked on wall decal to create. No where did it say wall decals couldn't be clear. This company has poor communication skills, as they could have reached out and clarified my order before processing. Instead they want to offer me under $10 off on something I spent over $80 for it to be incorrect. Vista print has better customer service. Vista print actually takes pride in their work and reimburses if it's not 100% correct. After I looked up the reviews to uprinting, I realize I'm not alone on believing that you have poor customer service. Make things right by either guaranteeing your work, reimbursing when you do not meet the standards of your customers, etc... make it right!

You pay $35 per proof to receive your proof on very thin photocopy paper. I understand printing for a color check, but paying $35 per proof which is more than how much it costs for half the order printed and not being able to actually feel the paper seems like a rip off. When I did a live chat, to confirm for $35 per proof all you receive is it printing on photo copy paper and not cut to scale just shown the trim lines, the agent said yes and apologized that the site didn't have detailed information on how the proof was going to be printed. If I knew that, I would have just approved it via PDF email for free instead of paying $70. I have never ordered a proof before and it not come on the exact material it was being printed on. Very disappointed and felt slighted of paying $70 for basically nothing useful.

The thing is they lack Customer service. It's not that the product is terrible but this isn't a company you can grow with and that's the thing. They make a-lot of mistakes but if You need something small to start out it's not such a risk. I wouldn't trust a large order with this company though. If I can't grow with you due to negligence on your part it's just not worth it. I took a really big blow because I thought this company had my back but I soon realized if you ask for anything more complicated than a square you may indeed run into a few problems. And sadly once they have collected your money, there will be no proper due diligence to complete orders just automation and oversees call center help. I can tell that this company does not take into consideration that their clients have extremely busy lives and are outsourcing this service because they need help. One of the things I found to be very interesting as a graphic designer is that they never recommended what a graphic designer would have recommended for a specific logo. They just said change your logo, as if they had no experience with graphic design, as if changing the shape of a "set" logo is so simple. So Instead of telling me to essentially re-brand, they could have just recommended a proper size that would fit the logo but for some reason that wasn't something they were able to come up with in their own. Sadly They kind of leave you guessing while providing no proper solution, you have to guide them - they will not guide you and if your not a graphic designer that could be really bad for you because unfortunately, they seem to lack the integrity or the motivation needed to go for the long haul. They kind of feel like a turn and burn kind of company and you never want to invest in some thing that makes you feel like you're being turned & burned. Again, if you need something small and insignificant for a party or something that isn't your livelihood then this is a great place to get your stuff but if you're running a business, this company is too much of a risk.

I had uprint make me bookmarks. On many of the bookmarks, the background color did not extend to the whole surface as it should. Also, it was difficult to make an edit that I wanted and the first chat rep could not help me. The second one could.

I ordered their step and repeat banner. I paid overall 400+ dollars with shipping, and they sent me a banner with one big logo on it. Their mistake... yet they are offering me a discount to reorder. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE!
They do not honor their errors!

Order 6000 stickers of which more then 4000 were off center so I called customer service right away and was asked to send pictures, I did never heard anything back, sent and called again, again tno response, called again today to be told to send pics again REALLY, I never leave
Bad reviews but this is bad customer service and they need to be aware of this Sorry

HI Sherry. We are sorry to hear about your concern. After reviewing the order, we were notified via phone and email that only 400 to 500 were affected. Our manager responded to your feedback requesting images. The images sent were applied to a cup. To get a better idea of how much the cut was off, she requested images of stickers that had not yet been applied to any product. We just recently received a reply to that email.

We definitely try to resolve our customers issues in a timely manner, however, we do need their cooperation. Our manager will contact you today!

The product I had received was not what I had expected. I called them to find out what I can do about it and all they could did was tell us to keep the product that we can't use and they will take 30% off our next order. Don't think we will be using them again if that's all that can be done.

Inexpensive decals. They look great. Bought them for indoor use but purchased the outdoor ink. I put one on my vehicle for a test. Within a month it had washed out badly. I emailed customer service just to let them know. I didn't get a response. I would like to note that I began to get annoying emails wanting me to give them a review as soon as the items were shipped out. By the time I kept them a few weeks I couldon't find a place to review them.
Will I use then again. Probably but not for anything outdoors as it doesn't hold up.
