Thanks to these guys I could take my phone during my holiday to Europe. My att Samsung was unlocked in less than a day and once I got in France, I could insert one local card. In this way, I used data without paying any extra fees! Thimbs up!
Have not fulfilled their promise. Stopped communication after I asked for a refund. 1-9 days for the code was what was stated and it's been almost a month now. Just waiting to hear how it's my fault and blah blah.
