After two weeks of placing my order, I wrote them to know what was going on. Some days later they wrote a ridiculous justification. After that, I spent days calling until they finally answer. Given that after all that time the order hasn't even shipped, I asked to cancel it and get a refund. They said they were going to do it, but after another two weeks, nothing. This is a scam.

I have received two phones, both of which I had to return because they didn't work, and now the company will not return my money or even talk to me on the phone. They are in total silence and I haven't been able to talk to anyone in three months. They have $300 which I probably have lost now. Don't make my mistake. Communication on the whole was terrible.
Ten days after placing order I still don't have so much as a tracking number. Following up with company is difficult as they don't answer their phone and only staff Web chat support until 5 EST.
I bought an iPhone 6 plus to keep as a spare, first phone did not function properly, return took several weeks, replacement phone is still not here after 2 months. I have opened several tickets (complaints), with no other corrispondence at all. BUYER BEWARE. I would like get a refund.

No communication, late or no delivery. Please stay away from these people. One would rather pay extra on ebay or amazon.
9 days ago i placed my order, i still haven't received shipping or any notice yet. 29 hours ago i emailed customer service, I haven't received any response yet.
I read on yelp that they use a review site that only shows positive reviews.

I ordered a phone almost 2 months now and never received it. Please think twice about ordering from them. They never answer phones take 3 days to respond online. I have been trying to get them to resend a phone that was sent back to them it's going on 2 months
