*UPDATE* The company partially refunded me, the charges listed below were taken out of the original price. I would not have bought the service if they had said on their website that they can not unlock the phone. I feel the charges(even though reasonable under normal circumstances, were wrong in this case)
I was refunded after I posted the review, the reason for the low rating is the huge delay in communication when asking about a refund/lack thereof and the fact that their site said they could unlock the s22 ultra but I was told in chat that they can not. I was also charged 2 fees $2.99 for IMEI checking and $4 for T-mobile account checking. They sent me an email stating the order was fully refunded, Paypal doesn't show any activity yet. Will update this review if the refund does not go through.

I ordered a network unlock for s22 ultra, their site claims they can unlock it. They told me in chat that they can only unlock phones that ask for a code. So their website is not correct. When I asked about a refund, they stopped talking to me. Chat is as follows

The product did not work. The support is TERRIBLE with poor communication, unclear instructions and takes a long time to get a response. The product is either defective or the instructions are not clear enough. I wish I really had the post-sales tech support promised on the website. I hope they at least honor their money back promise or replace the product by one that actually works.

My iPhone 13 still won't work with my carrier. I transferred my sim from a damaged screen iPhone 12 using my service of Xfinity. The cell service will not work because Verizon placed the phone as "Lost". I'll assume your unlock process can't remove that type of lock. I paid for nothing.

Phone is still locked. Went through all the steps multiple times. Wasn't liking the fact I had to hook phone into laptop and customer service able.to completely accessed any files in my computer. Didn't feel safe. Since the attempts I've had problems with laptop I didn't have prior.

The phone was already unlocked, but the problem that I was having is how to used with my carrier network. But you guy sent me a message if you were the ones who unlocked the phone, at the end the phone is still on it usually locked conditions. Nothing works. Still the some as it is. So disappointed

Worst decision I've ever made. Started off by placing and in order to unlock a samsung phone and the service was titled Unlock Samsung Any Model Any Country for $29 but then after i place the order the email me saying i chose the wrong service and that the correct one is actually $69 so i needed to pay 40 more. Then when i say no just refund me the tell me ok we can do that but there's a $2 imei check fee and $4 carrier check fee that won't be refunded. Complete BS STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

Sprint/TMobile can not sim unlock this phone. I had spent over 13 days and 12 hrs trying to get it unlocked.

Switched carrier from AT&T...i owned my phone outright but AT&T had a lock on it. My phone got hard locked by Samsung when trying to put in NCK code and I needed a MCK code. Phone was not usable and Samsung and AT&T ping pong back and forth on who's responsible. I was desperate and stumbled upon Unlock boot. After reading multiple reviews I tried it out of desparation...they were responsive and had my MCK code emailed to me in less than 24 hours AND it WORKED! Highly recommend company! Weren't able to unlock my phone yet REFUSED TO REFUND. RUDELY blocked me because I demanded my money back as stated in their invoice.
They had a couple errors on my side, but were patient and walked me through them. Unlocked and switched to new carrier the same day. Thanks!
