So fantastic. The team at UnlockBase are the best, most helpful bunch. I've gone with others before and undoubtedly, I'm left to pay more with them after a switch and bait. With UB, if you tell them upfront what the issues are, they will work to identify the right product. It might take a bit of time since they have to work with their liaisons, but they will come back with an answer. Definitely use them. They are worth it and guarantee every transaction, which is great!
No response to email, no unlock as promised within their time-frame. Wish I'd read the truth about these scammers. Do yourself a favor, DON'T.

Like all other services, they work using liaisons so they are only as good and as fast as as their liaisons. It took a couple of weeks to get feedback and my phone unlocked but they got it done!

I had a great experience with UnlockBase. Their communication before and after I paid was fast and friendly. They were quick to answer my questions. In the end the unlock of my iPhone took a few days longer than their estimate but they did in fact unlock it when I didn't think it could be done. I'm very happy.

I was skeptical at first since there are many sites promising that they are able to remove the sim lock of your phone but turns out to be a scam as you can check for tons of Reddit posts. Therefore I was surprised that they were able to unlock my T-Mobile US iPhone 13 with their Pro service tier. Other solutions like R- SIM don't allow to upgrade latest iOS / prevent eSIM / damage your SIM card slot. Even if you remain skeptical you have no risk offer a refund if unlock fails / accept PayPal.

The service was great, the steps where clear and checking out the reviews gave me some peace of mind before submitting my payment. It was a little worrisome to be holding for about a day and a half before getting the code, but that was still well beyond the 72 hour expectation. The prrocess was straigtforward and inspired confidence, specially since I'm using it from outside any major city. Give it a shot!

I am very satisfied with the services received from unlockbase. The price was affordable, the website was easy to maneuver and I was able to quickly and easily make a transaction. After much research, UnlockBase had the best reviews. I was skeptical at first, but it paid off in the end. I got worried when I saw the service was taking longer than advertised, BUT they responded the next day to my email. They offered a full refund AND would continue working on getting the codes if I didn't get them by Monday. With COVID everything seems to be slower so just have patience. UnlockBase won't let you down!

Awesome service, the lowest price I could find online, and the fastest delivery of codes amongst all the other competitors. They even refunded my right away when my phone couldn't be unlocked due to an error I had made when inputting the information. Very happy, will definitely use their services again!

Make sure you use the correct IMEI number as most devices will have two that show in the about section under settings or on the box itself. If you are unsure of anything, always spend the $3.50 appx to look up the phone in the database and get all the proper specs for it before proceeding, it will save time. The company refunded me immediately and I used the database afterwards and figured out what I had done wrong.

Hands down an amazing site. % legit. The only thing I would do different is used it much sooner. The only area for improvement would be in the time it takes to receive the unlock code, but, honestly; it is totally worth the wait. I was HIGHLY Satisfied with the level of service I received. Purchased an unlocked phone, when I got it the phone was locked to Xfinity mobile, contacted Xfinity who told me the original owner had to get it unlocked. Previous owner refused to respond to my request for them to unlock the phone, thought I was stuck with a locked phone.
