Depositing funds was very easy, although I did have some trouble withdrawing my profits. The issue was eventually resolved, but it did take some time. Also, I wish to compliment Jessica and Li for their great service - you guys should give them a raise!

Universy's executions are lightning fast but the spreads can be a bit high at times. Nonetheles I still find their pricing to be fair, and transparent.

The selection of assets is fantastic, but the verification process took longer than expected. Nonetheless, I'm still happy with my experience.
