I've been ordering from them since 1994, they have everything. They are a little higher priced but you get the genuine factory part no an aftermarket that other Sites sell. I bought an aftermarket ac part to save $40, sorry to say I learned a lesson. It lasted 6 months, and I had to modify it to make it fit. You get what you pay for. They also give me a one year unconditional warranty on every part. They won't take returns of gas and electrical parts which is standard, they did exchange an washer part with no cost.ive ordered at least 6 times and always got it within 3-4 days.

File # *******369 PH: *******433 *******@AG.NY.GOV This business isn't even in Florida anymore, they may be operating out of New York but you can't find an address for this business and the place the WRONG part came from was a mailbox with no known address. They ripped off our client, offering a discount if she paid by check because check charges can't be disputed like a credit card charge can. I had to purchase the part from the client and try to get these bastards to do the right thing but they are knowingly selling wrong or defective parts to people and there is nothing anyone will do about it. There is a case open with the New York District Attorney's office and I strongly encourage everyone to contact the DA and let them know you were ripped off by United Part Supply.

In March I placed an order for a part. When it arrived, the wrong item had been shipped. Two and half months and eight phone calls of excuses and unfulfilled assurances have netted the following results. I was unable to ever get the correct part. I was asked to ship the wrong part back at my expense. June 1, I finally have a credit for the original part, but they refuse to credit my shipping expense because the system doesn't accomodate it, even though they have indicated all along that they would. I remained patient until now they have refused to connect me to a manager to get the necessary assistance or even give me a name. What reputable company does that?
