Was looking for a Wichita city flag. Your company had exactly what I wanted/needed and it came much faster than I anticipated. The quality is VERY nice. I am pleased so far. I found your site & ordered the flag very quickly. I will be thrilled if it gets here by the expedited shipping date that I paid extra for. UPDATE: I did receive the flag a day later than I had hoped and paid for but in all fairness it did say "estimated delivery" when I placed the order. Fortunately the flag is just perfect. It's a high quality, beautifully made product. I would definitely order from here again if I ever need another flag.
Works only part of the time. When functioning properly it is very bright & illuminates the flag nicely. That being said, I don't believe it was a good choice. Thought light not coming on when it should was due to a full moon but do to the fact my old light, which I left on pole until I was convinced this new light would work properly, still comes on as it should.
Ordered a white powder-coated flag pole and received a satin aluminum model that was labeled white powder coated. The company advised me that their provider had mislabeled their entire inventory and no powder-coated units were available. They offered a refund for the price difference or a return. Their provider did them a disservice and I ended up keeping the satin model with some disappointment. I chose not to tackle repackaging the pole for a return
I signed up for the $5.00 discount on my order, and my flag is $59.33. I was told I did not meet the requirements for the discount. Then I was offered shipping protection which I declined. It's up to you to make sure my flag is delivered safely or you should deal with it. Now you're asking for feedback on a product I don't have yet. I'm hoping I am not going to be sorry for this purchase, and I think I should get a $5.00 refund.
This package took way to long to arrive. It was several days before the order was shipped and I actually received a tracking number and delivery was delayed. Did call to find out where package was and person was not helpful. Emails received from your company were also very confusing...looked like spam. Will not be recommending this company going forward.

Our order was purchased on 12/13/2022, but we did not receive it until December 28th. The delivery date we were given was 12/16/22, which was almost 2 weeks before its arrival. We were able to track the movement until it got to Michigan. After that, we had no idea where it was. We have previously ordered flags from the Flag Store without issues, so were disappointed in the service this time.
The $100 flag case was not shipped until 3+ days after ordering. It was poorly packed for transit. The air-filled packaging had all deflated, leaving thin films of plastic as the only cushioning around the product. There were scratches on the product. I'm not sure if they were from the poor packaging or were there when the product was shipped. It was a 100th birthday present for an Iwo Jima veteran, so there was no time to complain, return or reorder. He survived Iwo Jima with a few scratches of his own, but the scratches on his present bother me. US Flag was recommended to me but I cannot recommend it again.

Beautiful flag, but when it rained here in Ohio the red color ran into the white. I did not expect that. Was there a warning that this would happen in the rain?

The flag is for use outdoors but it is only imprinted on pone side.
Their description of the flag indicated it was for use outdoors but failed to mention it was one sided.

First place it looked
I was looking for a 25 foot flag pole. I was redirected to the whole sale department reaching a representative by the name of Kara Herbert. She was rude and very short with me from the beginning, she wouldn't take the tax exempt form on file, so i had to resend the same one along with my PO and order. She didn't even search the item yet asked me what the order number was. So i had to go back into the website and typed "25' flag pole and it came up instantly. I give her the order number and hear nothing back. So when I got back into work I had to email her again to see if the item was ordered because I never received a order confirmation number. She replied with "It shipped UPS 1Z31T67T*******195" nothing else. No order number, no confirmation number, no thank you. I will recommend United States Flag Store work on bettering their costumer service.

Delivery and customer service were another matter. I attempted to call customer service on 4 different occasions, at different times of day, and each time I got an automated call that said they were experiencing high call volume and there would be a 20 minute wait. As for delivery, I received an email saying that delivery was attempted but could not be made. Doing a search, I found that the flag and pole were at my post office, which is 11 miles away (I live in the country). I had to go to the post office and pick it up, because the mail carrier couldn't fit the 7 foot box in the jeep used to make mail deliveries. I suppose if I had chosen the much more expensive 2 day or next day delivery options, this could have been avoided.
I ordered a 3X5 flag and you sent me a 2.5' X 4.5' in the the 3X5 package.
I think you packaged a "banner flag" in the "regular flag" package.

I recently bought 4 12x18 inch military flags, 2 of these, the Air Force and POW/MIA flags began to ravel after only 2 weeks. I was very disappointed in this lack of quality. I have bought large flags and flag accessories that I have been very pleased with from the Flag Store.
Order# *******096, I order on May 20th, spoke with online stores today May 24th, my flags have not yet shipped. They stated they would ship today or tomorrow. I'm disappointed that it would take 4 or 5 days to process 2 flags to be shipped. I probably will not order again.
I guess I had better read closer what I am ordering. I was looking for nylon flags. I did get the right Canadian flags but the wrong American flag sticks...
