I am pleased so far. I found your site & ordered the flag very quickly. I will be thrilled if it gets here by the expedited shipping date that I paid extra for. UPDATE: I did receive the flag a day later than I had hoped and paid for but in all fairness it did say "estimated delivery" when I placed the order. Fortunately the flag is just perfect. It's a high quality, beautifully made product. I would definitely order from here again if I ever need another flag.

Ordered my flag on May 4 just before noon and the payment cleared my bank May 5. I ask about shipping options and picked and Paid $33.58 for 2 day shipping. My receipt states under shipping method "Best Way Two Day". Received a email at 11:49 May 6 stating my order has shipped and will arrive on May 10 by 8pm. So much for paying for 2 day shipping. When I call, the woman I spoke to told me it's not their responsibility to get me my product in 2 days it's the shipping companies responsibility. I asked for a refund and was told flat out NO. Will never do business with this company ever again. This company is not willing to take responsibility for what their customer pays for. No excuses!
Everything arrived as expected. The Buntings were used for 4th of July decorations. I am very pleased with them. However, the super tough 3x5 flag is a disappointment. The red on the flag is border line maroon. Not even close to the red on the bunting or my old Nylon flag. This should be reviewed by your quality staff. There is no doubt it is WRONG
I ordered my flag on March 29,2022. I kept checking to see when I would get it because my flag is ma cheap one that is being ripped to shreds. Today at 8:38 am, April 2,2022, I finally received word that my flag has SHIPPED. I am very disappointed that I pay and they take their good old time getting it out to me. I went to them because I wanted to honor my country with an AMERICAN MADE flag but, I understand why people go elsewhere. Next time I will pay more for an American made flag/.
It took three weeks to get two flags from some place in central Ohio to Philadelphia and during that time I got a series of email/text communications giving contradictory reports on the status of the delivery, which, by the way, cost me $5. I tried to leave a zero-star rating because that is what this experience deserved, but the system would not allow that, so I am giving it a 1-star rating under protest.
This is my story... I was involved in a trading fraud and I understood that it's a fraud too late. I thought I had no chance to get back what I lost. After I understood how tricked I was, I decided to find out how I can get my money back, and finally, I reached this law firm. Mo ne yhelp. Pa ge. Link/ rontp age returned my money and pleased with the result. Do not fall for scammers. I recommend them.
After a week of hanging outside, the red coloring bled and dripped (from rain) into the white stripes and stars. Very disappointed because the product was wonderful when received and should stay that way for more than a week.
I ordered a super tough flagpole. It is very flimsy and I do not think it'll withstand the bad weather. We have here in Southeast Louisiana.

As a senior with no tech skills I had trouble ordering and wasn't sure if my order was received.
The following day I got an email recipe for $73. I called the# on the receipt and was told the additional AMT was shipping. She said I had requested expedited. So for a $13 item I was charged $73. Who would do that. I was sure I had checked the cheapest (I don't need the hanger til Christmas). The hanger was en route, there was nothing she could do, end of story. Hard lesson learned

I had a very negative experience with Daniel on your chat feature. He was to send me info by email, that never happened. When I followed up he referred to the info he didn't send and when pressed, directed me the site I was already on chatting with him. I decided to order anyway, as your products appear to be best, but then I was unable to use the FLAG5D coupon that you had sent me.
I ordered a pleated flag which arrived screwed up in a tight bag, creased and wrinkled so badly it was not used over Memorial Day. Bad way to treat a pleated flag
Ordered a 3x6' fan. The fan that arrived was 8 inches short, and the top seam was not canvas like advertised. Wanted to return and sales people say they don't give refunds. This is incredible- you send me an item that is smaller than advertised and not the quality that was advertised and now you expect me to pa for shipping to return it. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Correct advertising- same quality and size as the last time I ordered these products from the US Flag Store. Very disappointed in the company, the quality, and the service.

They claim their flags are made in the USA, which is why I ordered from them. Mine is made in China.

The flag I received says made in China. But a banner on their website says "when we say it, we mean it" with a banner next to it that states "Made in the USA". Wrong! Very disappointed! I will never order from them again.
I do live stage events. If you need to receive your items then don't use this company. They used a shoddy shipper, lost my items and are making me wait ten days to see if MAYBE they can find the 800 flags that I ordered! My event is in a week. They won't reship for ten days! I have to repurchase flags and now at a rush. Customer service has staff that make promises they cannot deliver on and others who say too bad, it's our policy. Well, good. You can't get me what I paid for so I won't ever order from you again. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

Beware. If your item is lost you are screwed and don't try to get it in a hurry. If they lose your items you will have to make multiple calls. Basically, they stole $165 from me because I don't have the merchandise!

The flag pole I ordered arrived damaged. I immediately notified United States Flag Store and they never responded to my email.
Ordered product on line. Cashed check right away. Called 4 days later and they said their vendor was 2 days behind. Called 2 days later they said it was being produced but will ship the 13th. Called the 15th for tracking still not shipped. Advised I wanted an answer and expected next day shipping. Informed that is out of her control because it is a vendor. So question here is why and I buying from you and not your vendor. Asked about refund and they said it will be 24 to 48 hours. They did call back and advised that they had not even started the order yet and issued a refund I should see in 48 hours. Of course being Thursday that means I wait till monday before I can reorder from another company. Of course blamed it on Covid. Lets get real that is a cop out. Llying to a customer for two weeks over and over is not covid related. I would recommend avoiding this company as they are not a store. Just a middle man that has a problem with the truth as well as even answering the phone.
I made a mistake by buying from a company that charged for shipping/returning ITEMS.

I bought two flags on April 25,2018, and they are ripped already, they mislead on the information that they will hold high wind, I bough them because they will last 3 years and they only last 2 months, after I called the customer service people and been on hold for 35 minutes, they told me that they were sorry but they can not do anything about it, so if you want to waste your money buy from this company, but I will never buy anything for them ever again.

Bought Led bulbs from lightup before, was very satisfied. This time part of my order was out of stalk according to the service rep, even though the website said they were in stock. Had my order changed to only in stock items, but the lost my order form, initial order was 3/28, current shipping status says my bulbs should be here before 4/26 almost 1 month later.
