I ordered 2 pink scrubs for my clinic last week but was extremely worried after I read the last review about late delivery as I don't wanna call the customer service and get involved in the complaining process but gladly I just receive my scrubs today. The size is good and the tracking did work in my case so thumbs up from my side. Will be looking forward to order more in near future.
I like my scrubs to look decent. I don't like looking some stiff, ugly fabric swallowed me whole and Figs fixes that issue. Super cute styles and colors and the fit is incredible. They also come in all shapes and sizes. There's literally something for every body type. We might have to wear scrubs to work but we don't have to look terrible in them ;)
I ordered customized megaphones and they sent me vinyl stickers and no megaphones. Tried to contact the rep and she said no you only ordered the decals. I've been waiting for two months for them to come. Follow up*** After being ignored through several emails I was able to get ahold of Heather who actually listened to me! She is amazing and is the only reason why I would ever shop here again. She understood my frustrations and that I thought I was ordering megaphones and decals-hopefully they fix this on their site. She made things right and listened to what I had to say.

Their site is very confusing. There is no way I’d pay what I did for just decals. When I was ordering it shows the decals on the megaphone and everything. I ordered customized megaphones and got just the decals.

I have dealt with Christian von S. Who is excellent. Brilliant customer care, language skills, information and assistance. He always answers questions on time and accurately and alway delivers on time.
Just dealing with the Salesman Mitch. Could not even get my name correct and addressed me as a girls name instead of my name. There disclaimer sucks and return policy is not fair. They advertise an item as black and claim that it will be black, but maybe a different shade of black. The picture seems to be a Graphite instead of black. Heck! Gray is a form of black as well. If they cannot guarantee what they are selling, then shop Ebay as they will back the Buyer better than this company does.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. JUST A POOR COMPANY.
Do both of these pictures look like the shirt is black & gold? The only way to tell is to buy it and then return it and pay for the shipping to do so and a restocking fee of 25%.

Which one is Graphite/Charcoal and the other is Black. Both have Yellow Gold in them.

If you try to purchase off the website, you are going to get a ton of site travel which slows your computer down tremendously. On top of that, they don't update their available sizes which is annoying because you'll pay for sizes and then get an email saying they don't have that size. Your best bet is to contact their headquarters and place an order through their customer service reps. On a positive note, their ability to deliver full ASU kits makes life easier.
