These rogue traders engage with customer service excuses on late delivery until 180 days. Coincidentally, PayPal offer payment protection up until 180 days from date of transaction. I encourage anyone caught out by them, like me, to report them to PayPay and help get them shut down as merchants.
You won't find any staff listed on linkledin nor will you find any responses from their social media channels. A scam operation to avoid.

2 yrs now and still waiting... no response. SCAM. DO NOT spend money. They were contacting me for a while, now they've cut off all contact since their "in 2 weeks" emails come and go!

After my first 3 pairs of shoes were generally great (about 5 years ago), I decided to order a 4th pair and a boot. That was over a year ago now...after many "shipping next week" promises via email with Undandy, I decided to cancel. 2 months later still no refund and emails are now being ignored. I also notice that they have turned off comments on all social media accounts preventing people from warning others as they continue to advertise/sell. Criminals.

Beyond disappointed with my purchase from Undandy. After a ridiculously long time to receive my shoes, they became completely unwearable after one use. Even when worn in a basic office setting, multiple chunks of the painted finish began to peel off, revealing a severe lack of durability and raises concerns about the overall quality of the product.

Placed my order 2 years ago. Never received my shoes. Followed up with emails and was strung along with excuses in supply chain, etc., and promised that my order would be shipped in 3 weeks. Lots of empty promises from Undandy. When I finally cancelled my order they said they'd refund my purchase in full. Never happened. Avoid this company.

Waiting from Nov. 21! No shoes no money! BEWARE, SCAM. Do not buy from this fraud company. They don't have any phone Customer service, all connection is via email, after 3-4 months delay suppling the shoes or refund they stop answering. Shame on you Undandy, continuing advertising with customers still waiting over 1.5 yaer!…No shoes and No money. BEWARE

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes over a year ago. Emailed them multiple times, nothing but one excuse after another. Waiting for material, working on backlog. Manager said shoe should ship in 3 or 4 week. I've been told that several times for over 6 months. Was told I could ask for a refund, from what I've seen in other reviews I doubt that will ever happen. What really gets me is the shoes I ordered are still being offered on their website.

My first pair of shoes were great. Loved them so much I thought I'd really step it up and try a more expensive pair - Mistake! Ordered in August 2021. Repeatedly told me about production issues, I was patient. By April, I had had enough and requested a refund instead. August 2022, no refund, no shoes.
Have now become an anti-evangelist! Thanks Undandy for confirming that scammers like you still exist.

Like everyone else, I was also scammed by this site. I made a purchase in Nov 2021, and I have never seen the goods. Every few weeks "Mariana" from their customer care team says that the order has been delayed due to Covid, and "back order" issues. This is a fraudulent business. Do NOT shop here. I hope to get a full refund, but unlikely based on all the other similar stories I'm learning about now. Save your time- and do not shop here.

Den 04.08.2021 købte jeg 2 par sko fra Undandy.com. Til DKK 2.261,75. Men jeg har aldrig fået mine sko, eller mine penge tilbage.

Hver gang jeg har skrevet til dem, så beklager de mange gange og undskylder sig med Corona og generelle leveringsproblemer i verden. Og lover at der kun lige vil gå et pare uger mere. Og så kommer mine sko. Men de kom aldrig, og til sidst hævede jeg handler, og bad om at få mine penge retur. Hvilke de også lovede, og nu beklager de så mange gange over at pengene ikke er kommet retur endnu, men lover igen og igen, at det gør de snart. Men de kommer bare aldrig.

This people are Complete Scammer.

They Took My order 6 month before, then every 3 weeks they given An Excuse and Extend 3 weeks more time.
Doing this 5 times and wasting my 5 and half month till now.

After 4 month of my order, they left no options to cancel the order.

And after cancelling the order,I supposed to receive my refund Max 15 days,
But almost one and half month gone, No refund has been done.

Every time I am writing to them about my refund, they give me lot of excuse, ignore my refund request.
They are actually trained pathological liar.

I don't know how they still run this scamming Business.
They are doing the Criminal Offense and it should be Punished.

Unprofessional company and Fraud. Waiting for my order for 2 years and they have not sent my order. I have emailed them at least 100 times and the response have been 4 weeks and it has been 2 years

I bought my first pair and loved them. So I desired to by my second pair. Here it is 11 months and 22 emails later and still nothing. No shoes and no refund. They will string you along. They will reply to your emails. They just won't send you your order or refund you your money.
Stay away from this company.

I ordered shoes, 1st it was material on back order, then shipping issues, then radio sleeve l silence. Asked for refund and they gave run around in that. No shoes, no $285. Thieves with a customer service center that is a sham.

I ordered my shoes in 2021 and so far have not received anything. I only get messages from them saying that they need three more weeks each time. We're in 2023 and I've had enough of the excuses and asked for a full refund!

Do not purchase... I customized a pair of boots that I could have for winter for nearly $500. They had listed a 2 to 4 week turn around time. This was fine with me it gave me plenty of time to get them before Christmas. After about 6 weeks I reached out to them to find out what was going on. After a week or so I got a response saying there was an issue and they would need an additional 4 weeks. This happened 4 more times each time I waited about 2 months to email to see if they would even reach out to me if I did not.

After about a year and still no shoes I asked them to give me a refund if they could not get the boots made. I got a response 2 weeks later saying that the piece they had an issue with was finally in and it would only be a couple more weeks. After another 6 weeks I asked for a refund. It took them an additional month to respond and said they canceled my order. After about a month I hadnt received anything so I double checked my account. I did not see a refund or a receipt showing it was canceled.

At this point I had already explained how ridiculous this all was and now they were not even giving me my money back or showing a receipt of cancelation. I have now sent 4 different emails on 2 different email accounts over 3-4 more months and have still not received a single response from anyone about what I would now consider theft. I am now working with my bank to sort this out nearly 2 years after ordering.

These shoes were purchased with a gift card from my daughter for Christmas. I also had to add to it to pay for an off the rack pair. That was not the problem. After months of waiting for the shoes, I requested the money from the gift card as well as my credit card to be refunded. It has now been over a year of waiting with quick reply emails stating that it is in the works. They offered a voucher for something else that I declined as I am sure I would still be waiting. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company and would never ever recommend it to anyone. Terrible!

Like many others on here, I had a good experience some years back and got a nice pair of shoes, then I later decided to order another pair. The order was placed in Nov 2021, the shoes never arrived and when I emailed them they stuffed me around back and forth giving excuses about not being able to get the leather product etc. This went on for months. By March 2022 I demanded a refund and have followed up multiple times since then and they keep giving excuses. It's now nearly July 2022 and still no refund. They are clearly now just a scam website taking people's money and not supplying any goods. Someone needs to take these people to court or report them to the proper authorities in Portugal (if that is even where they really are). Steer well clear of this scam.

Ordered men's shoes for Christmas last November (2022), was told they were out of leather (?!) and to wait a few months. It's now 10 months later and no shoes, no refund, no responses.

Unfortunately I have wasted my money. I write to Undandy literally every 6 weeks and have the same responce every time such as "Production issues", "Staff have Covid", "Leather was unsatisfactory", 'Working through the backlog" etc etc etc. Each time they promise '4 MORE WEEKS" which is a lie.
Like everyone else has said they are a SCAM

I ordered a pair of loafers in December and have yet to receive. It is now June. I reached out about the shoes and no response.

Do not buy. They are just not fulfilling orders or issuing refunds. Still have unresolved order from August 2021. Several emails back and forth, still no shoes and no money.
