As I have just recently discovered the Uncommon Goods site, I have put several things in my cart in an attempt to decide which one I want to get as a gift for someone. I also became a member(free version)and have opted in to receive texts from them. Moments ago I received what just might be one of the absolute coolest things I have ever seen a company do.

There are so many people in this world who either had horrible parents, a horrible mother or a horrible father as well as people who never really had parents and those that have lost them. However, it is that time of year when mother's Day and Father's Day rolls around yet again. In the text that I received from them, I was given the option to opt out of receiving any promotional messaging relating to mother's Day and I am almost positive I will receive a similar one for Father's Day.

Well I personally have wonderful parents. I completely understand the desire to not have to look at something such as a promotional text message involving parents as a whole. It is such a forward way of thinking which should be commonplace actually, but it is extremely impressive and that company has definitely earned my loyalty just from that.

This company is filled with personalized and unique items! Perfect for every member of the family. One of a kind finds. I am expecting to have many happy family members.

Ive been shopping with Uncommon Goods for years now and Ive only ever had a problem with one item. One call to customer service, who were extremely professional and friendly, and the problem was immediately fixed. I love the items available on the site. Its always my go to for anyone thats hard to shop for or the person that has everything because of how unique and personal the items are. I will happily continue my business with Uncommon Goods! They never disappoint.

Natural rock - not a cheap imitation -drilled to hold keys! A delight in the garden, would make a pretty practical gift! Impressed by the quality & coloration! Will purchase again from Uncommon Goods! So worth the few extra dollars! Thank you!

I ordered one small puzzle at first to test it out because the reviews were so bad but I got it within two days! So i then made a bigger order and loved everything! Their items are so cool

Over the last few months, I've bought several unusual, customized gifts for Christmas, birthdays and baby arrivals! All brought surprise and gratitude to the recipients. One of them - I had a few questions about customization and I was thrilled with the personalized customer service. This company under promises and over delivers. My only tiny suggestion is to include an actual gift card with order.

The first item I ordered arrived in a timely fashion, well-packaged and seemingly without damage. Unfortunately, the item itself was defective. Upon calling Customer Service, my replacement was shipped and arrived ahead of schedule in perfect condition. Everyone in Customer Service was courteous and helpful... a very admirable quality!

Initially two of four orders placed with Uncommon Goods were not going to ship in time for the recipients to receive their gifts before Christmas due to holiday travel. After emailing Uncommon Goods Customer Service, Jennifer and Gloria contacted me, collected the information needed to research and expedite the orders and reached out to the Artist in California. Both items are now being shipped overnight and will arrive on time. Jennifer and Gloria's professionalism restored my faith, and they're an example of Uncommon Goods standard of We'll never stop working to provide a remarkable shopping experience to our customers." I see that many people have had a bad experience, but in my case, I ordered a "Sarcastic 9 Ball" (which is very funny and well made). It came quickly in perfect condition. No problems.

We all know that the mail system during the holidays of 2020 has been struggling. I ordered a Christmas gift from Uncommon Goods on black Friday, and it got hopelessly lost in the mail. Customer support said if I didn't receive it by December 18th, they'd expedite shipping through a different carrier. I received the replacement item on December 19th, and I'm sure I'll get the original shipment sometime after the holidays. Uncommon Goods went above and beyond - many thanks to them and happy holidays! <3

Enjoyed my experience with Uncommongoods. Shopped around the website for new ideas for birthday presents for my 3 sisters. I made the order and the delivery came on town with no issues. Merchandise was what I expected and the sisters were happy when they got their gifts.

Always a pleasant experience to do business with Uncommon Goods. Fantastic products that are well made as well as individually hand made- no factory, assembly line products. The company also donates to worthy non for profit organizations with every order at no expense to customer; in addition to being a company that cares a great deal for their own employees. Basically a company with good values, ethics and morals, which is difficult to find in corporations these days.

I was blown away by the selection of one-of-a-kind products. I have people that very difficult to shop for, and I was able to find that something special at a great price. Then, due to the sheer volume and bustle of the Christmas rush, there was problem with the delivery company, not once but twice. UncommonGoods was just amazing and still managed to get the gift to me in time for Christmas. Im not sure a person can ask for better service than that! I just cant reccomend them enough.

I have been the recipient of several lovely gifts purchased at Uncommon Goods. Each item has brought me joy. When I have needed customer service to assist with a problem ( an accident resulting in an item breaking) I have immediately been shipped a replacement with no problem... only courtesy. I recommend this outfit to everyone!

My son religiously pops a bubble each day when he returns home from work. Without your bubble calendar, I would have to fashion one up myself, at great frustration. So Uncommon Goods offers us a compact, fun-filled activity certain to make any household function better. Just wish the price were less!

Sometimes things go wrong. What matters is that several members of your customer service department stepped up.
