I have bought 4 very large CD racks from them over the last 4 years. They have a better price than Amazon and WalMart when you search for coupon codes. They ship fast. One time, there was a defect in an item and they had a replacement part sent out after I sent them a photo.
I purchased Ausounds wireless earbuds through Microsoft Direct Buy on 11/16/23 as a Christmas present. We realized the week after Christmas that the left earbud does not work. Ausounds' tel number in LA is not their number and they have not replied to my emails. They don't seem to be legit. Microsoft will not refund as it was over 30 days. I just learned that Unbeatable Sale is the seller behind Microsoft. Requesting refund. If you want the earbuds, I will gladly mail it if you include the postage in the refund.

I ordered a red hardhat and got a white one instead, and it's to late to reorder it for Christmas so I'm really disappointed with my order.
I ordered a 7' Nearly Natural Yucca plant from Amazon and it was shipped by Unbeatable Sale. It arrived with undamaged packaging but when I opened it, the ceramic pot had several cracked sections and some pieces of the pot missing. I am still fighting with them and Amazon for a refund. I have my Capital One card involved and right now Unbeatable Sale is saying that FedEx delivered the item with no damge. This I agree with but that doesn't mean that the item is undamaged inside with improper handling. This Company buys damaged good from other resellers and manufacturing companies and then through Amazon, resells these defective items. Unbeatable Sale wants me to return this item at my expense and I will not be compensated. STAY AWAY from this reseller and I would have expected Amazon to have a more trustworthy reseller than this fraudster.

I have tried multiple times to order an item but it has been cancelled every time due to a "pricing error on the website". This is totally unethical. If you have it listed for X amount, and it is in stock, you need to sell it for that amount.
Their platform is easy to use their support is always responding to my follow-up calls and message fast shipping and affordable price
They sent wrong part, returned product with RMA, after two weeks of them receiving product, they are still not processing refund, asking to be patient while they process refund.
There is no accountability in this company

This company doesn't care if the delivery receives you are nothey will not work with you at all in any way.
They use FedEx fedex delivers. Takes a picture, but not of the apartment number, and it isn't my apartment number, and it isn't my apartment, so I'm out a $100 for a watch.
I will dispute the charge with my bank. I will file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. And I'm doing an investigation with FedEx.

I received the wrong color I ordered. I wasn't too upset until I tried calling customer service and got hung up on, I then emailed and never heard back until I received this one.

Bought a power acoustic amplifier sent it back because it was damaged and they said they could not refund my money because it was damaged well that's the whole point of sending it back I would have kept it if it wasn't damaged
FedEx lost my package, due to Unbeatable Sale not requesting the package be signed for by addressee. FedEx just lets anyone walking by sign and now my package is lost. Unbeatable Sale cannot be reached by telephone, nor will they communicate via email, only with the standard, prewritten reply. I've lost over $200.
Checkout forms could be better on mobile device. Discount code didn't work, but customer service corrected the situation in a very timely manor.
I will keep it simple.
They are the worst they sent me fake tracking number.
Anyway without making this review more nightmare for them and let's not talk about the trash support through phone they yelled at me.
If I don't receive my refund for my ×2 orders in the next 24h expect chargeback & police report.

I have been an UnbeatableSale customer for almost 8 months, and I am completely devoted to the service. Their items, service, and timely delivery never fail to satisfy me. When you contact their customer service, they respond quickly to your inquiry.
After 10 days of no change to my order I contacted customer service, I received no response, the following day they canceled my order with no explanation or response to my previous message.
Right before Christmas, fantastic.

I first had some website trouble placing my order which lead to a duplicate order. I left a voicemail and sent an email as soon as I realized the error. Customer service was responsive to cancel one order and let the other one stand. I have received some follow up as well. Items haven't arrived yet so I can't comment on that yet. But so far a proactive company to do business with.
