Ordering was easy to understand and simple menus it easy to know I was getting the right items. Shipping was quick and my order was packed well and arrived intact on time. Always a pleasure to do business with the best saber manufacturer in the galaxy!
I ordered a saber because they were having a promotion on sabers that make sound. I forgot to put in the coupon code when I checked out. I immediately notified customer service and they would not let me apply the coupon after the fact. Yes, it was my fault, but COME ON. They offered to create a coupon to use "on a future purchase." I can assure you I won't be making any future purchases.
Ordered as an empty hilt for me to do my own install. I specifically ordered and paid extra for the vented pommel. What I received was a solid pommel. Emailed UltraSabers twice about the error, but now, over three weeks after receiving the hilt and emailing them, I have had no response. At this point I may have to take a drill to the solid pommel to vent it myself and just consider the extra money a loss.
So I ordered a fallen combat ready saber with free shipping, but they were out. It was five weeks before I had to contact them to see what was taking so long. Once I got told they were out, I picked a different saber hilt and they sent it within 3 days.
So other than they should contact you and not the other was around when your saber hilt is ou, it was a good experience.
I bought a diamond saber that is overall pretty nice, but I overlooked that they were running a sale for 50% off IF you put in the coupon code. I made the mistake, but most companies would work with a customer in this situation and at least offer some kind of compensation. I didn't even get a response from them when I emailed. Very disappointed I chose this company.

took way longer than 4-6 weeks for my son to receive his gift. Couldn't find any tracking information. contacted CS and they did respond. My son loves his lightsaber so that's all that really matters.
I love your products as this is the 3rd saber I have ordered from you! However, I have sent 4 emails, 2 being before I recieved my order, to recieve a 32" blade instead of a 36".
Also, I did not intend to have a covertech clip on my saber. Please, is there anyway to send this one back to recieve one without the covertech clip? I use this for show and not action purposes. I have emailed about the blade swap, however have not recieved any response. Thank you Ultra!
Saber looks nice... but I chose the no windows in the emitter option. After waiting for 2 months to get my saber it turns out it wasn't even assembled right. Oh well.
In my opinion the saber i bought was well worth the wait. However it did take a while to recieve any information about it's status. I am still very satisfied with my purchase just be very patient.

Well I emailed them in January about canceling an order for a refund, that never happened, emailed them again about it, never got canceled, then they just delivered it to me anyway so I don't know if I'll be buying from ultra sabers again. Sorry
It took 2 months for them to respond to our emails and even longer for it to actually arrive. I got the battle ready fallen and after some duelling the panels became loose. Apart from that it's great
It's a pretty average lightsaber but the customer service is not great. Emailed 3 times and no response (still, even after I received it). Kind of cheap too, but good for beginners.
I ordered 2 sabers and it took about 5 months before i got them. This was no problem as long as i got them. But when they arrived they were fully scratched. But they were packaged very wel. No metal parts touching eachother. So this means the damage was there before they shipped.
I emailed them about it 3 times but no response after almost 2 months. I feel like they got their money and they no longer care now.

My lightsaber arrived within 2 weeks of me ordering it, but it had some problems and I had to send it back to get it repaired. The costumer service was fine, but they didn't pay for the shipping on my broken saber until they had 'confirmed that there was a problem'. Then I had to specifically ask for a refund on the shipping. The lightsaber works now and it looks and sounds awesome.
I bought the dark initiate v4 in tri-adgean silver with color discs. It ended up being a really quality product, even though I was sceptical at first, since i have never bought one before. The only bad thing about the saber was that it took the better part of 2 months to arrive. The hilt is surprisingly sturdy, and the light is very bright, even with two color discs in at once. I only wish the discs themselves would be more absolute colors. The red, green, and blue, should show up as their respective color. Instead, you have to experiment with them to see what looks nice.
Product came in good shape, and once it was shipped arrived on time and with no problems, except that I never received any response from the customer support team when I was trying to find information on my purchase and it took nearly 2 months to receive it.
Quality product, patience required, it has been a month and I haven't received my ultra saber or any update on when I will get it.
I was happy with this product the hilt design the windows the weight the length but the day I opened it the colour was a white pink colour over the next few days it became more and more redder it first went hot pink then it went red then a dull red so I thought it was a battery issue so I replaced the batteries and it went Light Blue! Since the it has been doing this over and over again it keeps going pink. Is this how it should be because it doesn't seem right to me? Please advise.

Bought the tips from here and it took a bit longer for delivery. I get it takes a bit due to COVID but a month just for tips?. Then when I took them (ordered two cone/pointed) out of the package, one looked like the tip was already curved down. Kind of disappointing.
I was told about this place by friends telling me they had quality sabers and goods. So far I have been sadly mistaken. Hope if I do choose to do future business with Ultrasabers, they just had a bad year and not purposely sent me bad product.

The ultrasaber was as expected, however it took 4 emails to get a response on my delayed shipment. In said email I was told it should ship in the following weeks. 2 weeks later and no shipment still so I sent another email and suddenly it ships. I understand covid and may 4th affect this but at least change the status of my order or send emails to let people know instead of leaving us in the dark.
Use to be good but since they hit a massive order crisis they haven't been keeping up with emails or orders its been 2 months since i ordered my saber however due to covid they have manged to deliver they saber as soon as possible also to add the box looks like it has been miss treated and not handled with care.
The wait can sometimes be unbearable, when ordering a lightsaber you usually want it as soon as possible. With ultrasabers the wait is very unpredictable. Some of my friends got theirs in two weeks, or two months, I would like to see better delivery time and management such as shipment tracking and better delivery assurance, I understand we are in difficult times but the force is strong and a lightsaber is an extension of a jedis soul and is necessary for survival.
Website isn't accurate to what really is in stock (had to be emailed what was and wasn't) and had previous trouble with communication due to being backed up. Once they got back the communication was great and I was able to pick out an alternative that I love and shipping was quick and efficient.

After waiting longer then was told it would take and ZERO customer service when I inquired about it(3 emails and several phone calls), the light saber arrived and so far so good. My son loves it I titled it undecided due to lack of customer service and only having it for 3 days now
