Ordering was easy to understand and simple menus it easy to know I was getting the right items. Shipping was quick and my order was packed well and arrived intact on time. Always a pleasure to do business with the best saber manufacturer in the galaxy!
I ordered a saber because they were having a promotion on sabers that make sound. I forgot to put in the coupon code when I checked out. I immediately notified customer service and they would not let me apply the coupon after the fact. Yes, it was my fault, but COME ON. They offered to create a coupon to use "on a future purchase." I can assure you I won't be making any future purchases.
Still waiting for my order with no response from customer service for 2 months. I would really like to have the product but at this point I may be disputing the charges. I understand things are out of the norm right now but an email back would be nice
Need better updates on order status. Waited 2 months on an order just for a stock issue that could easily be changed if I had contact with customer service.
I've emailed ultrasabers about quality control issues with all four expensive sabers I bought from them. There is not yet any resolution to the issues I'm having with their sabers.
Ordered product. Turned out it was out of stock. I tried to handle my issue over the phone. Would have made things so easy. Instead I had to go back and forth for two weeks over emails to resolve the order. And then I had to wait for it. Beginning to end it took 7 weeks to arrive. Neat product but their customer service was slow and acted like I was bothering them. Would not recommend.
Was very slow, it took a Month due to Winter Extravaganza. Still no excuse. Blade was Damaged when Received. Never Respond to my Emails for my Previous Sabers, and this one. Very poor, But I am willing to give them a Second chance.
It took two months to receive my order, I sent 2 email inquiries with no replies, and my order was fulfilled incorrectly with missing items. I emailed again finally hoping for a response.
I honestly never write reviews but these guys just got me so pissed off I had to do this one. To be fair, I haven't received my light saber yet, I'm not even a Star Wars fan but I am a collector of cool items. After I placed my order, I realized the wrong shipping time was selected even though I know for sure which one I clicked (I had set a budget aside for this specifically so I am very cautious), and the difference in cost was 40$ which is a lot for me since I know it will take a long time to deliver no matter which option I picked. They also charged me almost 200$ on my card when my total should have been 100$. Needless to say, that goes over my budget and I am slowly getting more and more frustrated with them. I emailed customer service about 6 times, called their number and left a message, I even contacted their Facebook page and I haven't used Facebook in years and have heard nothing back. I have never seen a company have such terrible customer service that they don't even bother to reply or pick up the phone. I'm sure the light saber itself will be nice but just because of their customer service I will not recommend them to anyone. They need to fix up.
Placed four orders with Ultra Sabers since November last year. Only one order came on time and wasn't delayed way beyond lead time. Dozen+ emails sent to only have a reply once and not even fully fix my issue at the time.
They are a lazy company in areas such as CS that uses the excuse of being overwhelmed to not fully commit to getting orders done properly. Being overwhelm doesn't mean they can't update their lead times on the web page when ordering or send updates to customers who are way over the lead time. Especially if there is a back order or something of that nature.
How does a order for a charger and a pommel take over 6 weeks to ship?...
I got one of my lightsabers but not my freeinitiate Wich I applied the coupon for there spring give away with I'm still waiting for there respond I waited almost 9 weeks to get my order and they didn't fit it all right and customer service is very poor
Honestly I was so hyped to get my hands on a good quality, and very expensive lightsaber. Then they just took my money and kept the saber and don't have good ways of getting ahold of them. Very expensive mistake.
I tried over 20 times to contact someone from support to get updated tracking info. I was finally provided a 'firm' ship date, which was missed. And no one would respond to me.
I ordered a mystery Lightsaber, and was kind of disappointed. The saber works and everything, but the anodizing was very low quality. After playing around with it for less than 5 mins it leaves a blackish residue on my skin
Spend over 120 on mystery box which is 75 each. I bought 2, but one of the sabers was worth 70. Not even getting my money worth.
Hilt is very nice and I love the design. Shipping was incredibly fast. Sadly the electronics seemed a little loose inside and after a few twirls they move around too much. After using the soundboard a few times the lightsaber blew it's own speaker using the regular obsidian font.
Usually quality sabers, I'm sure this doesn't happen often. I do believe that Ultrasabers make he best sabers money can buy.
I was happy when I initially got my saber, but after only two days the Led went out. I reached out via email and never recieved a message back. I wanted to purchase an led/ sound kit, but seeing as I'm new to the saber community I had no clue what to get and therefore i reached out for better understanding. That was almost a month ago. Still no response. Love my saber, just would love to have sound and a working Led... and no I didn't tamper with the saber other then to pull the battery pack out when I thought maybe it was just the batteries.
Bad communication. Lucky if you get a canned response. My only reply came from messaging through facebook. Constantly sending out emails and ads to buy more items but they can't get the orders they have out the door in a reasonable time. Saber came with a lot of rattles. Had to open battery end and stuff in crumpled paper so battery pack wouldn't slam around. Still rattled. Had to remove blade and and add paper around LED assembly. There should be custom foam pieces added during assembly to address this. Blade looks nice but is simple on/off. A lightsaber I bought at Goodwill for $4 has lighting effects for turning on and off plus sounds for swinging, hitting, and idle humming.
The hilt design is amazing, I love all the unique designs on the site. However, mine doesn't seem to be machines very well. There are so many clearly visible and (rather ugly) machine lines and marks all over my hilt, which are very visible in person. Also, a main reason I chose to buy from ultra sabers is the flash on clash and binding features. The flash barely works, I chocked "flash silver" on the site, my blade is orange, and appears pink when it clashes or it's in the binding mode. The sounds on the obsidian lite are also a bit delayed and they don't flow very well together run my opinion. The converted wheel and clip are awesome, I probably wouldn't buy from them again though unless I'm looking for a dueling saber. I expected more for the price I guess, I should have done more research.
Last time I ordered it was the first time I've ever ordered from Ultrasabers. I'm pleased with the products received but in terms of shipping it took almost 8 weeks if I'm remembering correctly and the reason I chose Ultrasabers is because I heard they're the best quality for how "cheap" they are and how fast they ship. But every time I asked about something I very rarely if at all got a reply. So SO FAR when it comes to shipping and customer service I haven't been too impressed.
Just received my Ultrasabers after an almost 2 month wait. The sabers seem to be well-made, but my overall experience was tempered by the terrible customer service. I sent 8-10 emails (over those 2 months), left 2 vmails and even sent a snail-mail (ie, a letter)... and got no response. Even with the 20% discount coupon offered by this vendor, I'm not sure I would ever buy another saber from these guys. Think twice before placing your order!
I ordered a randomized saber with my friend on June 26 and did not receive any updates or responses until it arrived today on august 23. I got what I ordered but customer service is simply non-existent.

You will get your package but it will take a very long time. Customer service will not respond or answer your calls

We ordered a saber and after 3 weeks we had no communication from the company, no response to calls or emails... we finally received our saber over a month after it was ordered and still no communication from the company as to why it took so long... a simple email saying they were backed up on orders would have been helpful!
Building light-saber for a birthday. They sent the wrong part, still waiting for reply by phone or email. Will order part from other company, my gift will be delayed.
I have ordered three lightsabers from this company. I will tell you my problems with all of them.
1. Initiate LE v4. At first, this saber was awesome, but the more I used it, the worse it got. After a bit of usage, I got the blade stuck in the hilt because the screw did not stop screwing in. Recently, the battery pack inside the saber fell out because the wires snapped. I am currently trying to send it back to the shop and get it fixed so I will see how that goes. If you are going to buy this lightsaber, I recommend that you be careful with the wires. 2. The Fallen (from Jedi: Fallen Order). Again, I really liked this lightsaber at first, but after a while, the guard things at the top of the lightsaber fell off. It turns out that they were glued on instead of screwed or welded. I tried multiple times to superglue them back on, but no matter what they kept falling off. I would not recommend this lightsaber. 3. The Third Sister LE. So far I have not had many problems with this saber, but I did unscrew this certain part of the lightsaber, and after that, the hilt was really shaky unless you tightened the thing, and kept getting shaky. Overall I would not recommend this company unless you are prepared for the problems listed above. I will not be buying from in the future. There are many other sites that give you better sabers for a lower price, for example, ally sabers.
Tip for consumers:
Do not ship your lightsaber back for a refund, because you will not get one. In fact, it is the OPPOSITE. YOU have to pay THEM 20% of the price of your purchase as a "restocking fee."

It took 2 months to process. i emailed them multile times asking about it and finally they respond saying they will look into my case and reply in 2 -4 days. fass forward 2 weeks and no reply. their products are good and well made just dont expect your gonna get it anytime soon, and goodluck talking to support.
Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
