At first i was kinda skeptical about this site and asked them if they are legit or selling counterfeits like what jan said below. But i'm surprised because this company answered my questions straight to the point and informed me that the TV series for sale on their website were never officially released on DVD, and clarified that its a Collectors'/Fan version of these series. I salute them for being honest on their products and they also informed me that if i'm not satisfied with the order, i can return it for a refund so a decided to purchase the Bonanza DVD set to try them out. After a week, i received the order and i think the quality is kind of okay because i wont expect any high definition for this TV series as this was shown so many years ago, for me the quality would range from 8/10, so not bad, regarding the discs, it's all playable on our 3 year-old DVD player. I think if you have problems with this company you can email them like what I did.
Do not buy from this site! I purchased a complete series of a 90's show. I was suppose to receive 20 disc received only 18. Of the 18 received some disc played only one show and froze or the disc didn't play at all, there was even a disc with a different show on it. I contacted my credit card company to stop payment and auth a return, This company "ultimatedvdseries.com" wants me to pay to send them their defective merchandise back. I'm sure they will just send this same defective mess to another person and keep the cycle going. BEWARE IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

If you're buying for yourself it's not a bad site. I purchased the box set of the Golden Girls as a gift. The product ships from China so if you're in a hurry start early. When I finally received the product, it was 20 hand numbered DVD that they had burned from the originals. No box or labeling other than a sticker that said "The Golden Girls." It was embarrassing. I didn't save nearly enough buying from this site to make up for the lack of professionalism. Be Careful.

When I checked each DVDs, I noticed that it doesn't have the perfect quality; DVDs are not in high-definition as I thought so. I emailed UltimateDVDSeries from their website and they explained that what I received was a collector's/fan version. At that point, they offered me for two options, a partial refund and keep the DVDs or to return the whole set for a refund less shipping charges. I accepted the partial refund because I checked the discs, it has all the episodes and it's all playable in my DVD player. I received the partial refund after 10 business workng days and
I'm glad that they know how to stand behind their products. In this case, I would still recommend this company for being professional all the way through. My experience with UltimateDVDSeries.com is such unbelievable! But I'm very proud to say that it works for me! Highly recommended, and I will use them again without question! In my opinion, UltimateDVDSeries.com is a good online shop to drop by because one of my habits are watching great TV series and collecting every compilations of it and it's good to find this kind of online DVD shop which based on my experienced, is very dependable. Let me share how I dealt with this company/firm. About last month, I placed an order for Five Mile Creek DVD Collection because I'm a huge of this TV series wayback then. This show should is not yet included in DVD library that's why I was really to find out that this is being sold at UltimateDVDSeries.com! Shipping of the DVDs arrived in a timely fashion and in great condition, excellent courier service!
What's more surprising is each DVDs I tested, played and functioned very well in my Region 1 DVD player which also came with excellent audio/video quality.
I'm very proud to say that this company is such a hero for preserving these wonderful classic TV series and giving me the chance to relive the memories again! I do plan to use this website more often and already recommended them to my family and friends.
