We accidentally purchased the wrong size bags for a upcoming event. I called customer service at Uline, immediately got a human being. No voicemail prompt to pick out a selection, an actual human. They traced my name and phone number and knew my order before I could give them my order number. Even though it was our fault, we ordered the wrong size bags, because we had never had a return before, they didn't charge us to ship it back. Emailed me the free UPS shipping label the same day. The man helped me re-order the correct size bags and I got them within like two days. It was perfect! The way customer service should be. They are a model for good customer service.
Uline may seem reasonable in pricing but they grossly over charge for shipping and delivery. They even charge $25 if you want to pick something up. It seems they stopped pick-up during Covid and now cheat the customers with unreasonable shipping and pick-up charges. Their customer service doesn't seem to care. I try to avoid them whenever possible.

It use to be that you could pick up your product from the warehouse for FREE. That was great for people buying bulky items or who work close to the warehouse.
Now, Uline charges 25 $ to pick up items. It is cheaper to ship them!

While looking through the fall-winter catalogue to order boxes for my small business, I discovered a political screed on page 863 reflecting the views of a woman I presume to be the owner of the company. I found this to be unprofessional and off-putting. As I do not take my corrugated boxes with a side of political opinions, I will be looking elsewhere for business supplies.
I had to review them with 1 STAR because 0 stars are not allowed. These guys are a joke. I did the first order. The delivered smaller size boxes even if the code was ok. I called them and I asked them to return them and to make a replacement with bigger size's boxes. They wanted to charge me for the second order while they sent the wrong ones. This is definitely the first and the lat time I order from them. Bad products worse customer service
Businesses may need more than 30 days to return products as sometimes projects are delayed. Uline will not accept any products after 30 days; not even a restocking fee. Keep this in mind when ordering from them and if you are unsure of wanting to keep the products or not. I have been ordering from Uline my entire career and this left a really bad taste. I will be ordering more from McMaster as they do not have an issue with returns! Good luck!

I started a new company and Uline sent me a massive paper catalogue in the mail that I never asked for, putting me in the uncomfortable situation of throwing it into recycling or leaving it laying around my office cluttering the place for no reason (as I certainly won't ever spend money with this company). Sad waste of money and willful disregard for our planet.

They may have good, affordable products; however; they assign delivery to a company and then don't follow up with them to see if the item was delivered. I am trying to set up a delivery appointment for the third time in two weeks. Their claim on their website that they offer quick delivery IS A BIG LIE! I will never buy anything from ULINE again!

I was initially thrilled to receive it as a birthday gift, and it served me well for about 18 to 20 months. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when it began displaying a code 13 error. This code could indicate a variety of issues, none of which are easy to fix.
In my quest to resolve the problem, I reached out to two different repair companies (recommended by Uline), both of which were unable to restore the machine to working condition. What's more disheartening is that both repair companies shared their opinion that this product is among the worst they've encountered and recommended purchasing a Scotsman instead.
I also contacted Uline for assistance, hoping they could help resolve the issue under the two-year warranty. Unfortunately, they refused to assist, citing the lack of an original invoice from the first repair shop. This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with both the product and the company's customer service.
I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the challenges I've faced with this product and the disappointing response from Uline. My hope is that others can make informed decisions when considering their own ice machine purchase.

I purchased three air freshener dispensers with six air freshener cartridges 4/10/23 to improve the air fragrance in the house. I installed them in strategic places and after a few days, I didn't smell any difference in the ambient. The dispensers do not dispense the aroma. You have to come as close to touching the cartridges to smell the contents. As for their return policy, it stinks as you pay for the return and are charged a re-stocking fee of 30% of the total price.
Will not be buying from them again.
The worst item I have ever purchased...uline is totally none responsive...they won't fix the unit or replace it...it completely ices up within 7 days. The picture is afte 4 weeks of use

Not sure how anyone could use this company not only are they terrible in customer service their owners are insurrectionists who are actively trying to DESTROY AMERICA. Spend your money somewhere else, maybe with a company not run by a billionaire couple who couldn't give a damn about America or it's People, "We the People" will remember you...
We bought Uline Industrial Tape Convenience Pack - 2 Mil, 2" x 110 yds, Clear and we will never be able to use it. Called Uline after 6-9 months (you know life is busy) simply Uline said "it too late to return" we request for exchange but it was declined. Don't buy that tape but buy instead "JARLINK Clear Packing Tape (12 Rolls), Heavy Duty Packaging Tape for Shipping Packaging Moving Sealing, 2.7mil Thick, 1.88 inches Wide, 60 Yards Per Roll, 720 Total Yards' YOU WILL LOVE IT. It is very strong, never ripped up and cheaper than Uline.
I would prefer to give them 0 stars if I could. We continually try to get them to STOP SENDING me their environmentally unfriendly catalog numerous times throughout the year. I received 3 just this month alone! How can a company survive by offering awful customer service, old school wasteful mentality and fail to adapt to today's online shopping models? Go away Uline, and take your waste of a catalogue with you.
This company supports the extreme right-wing, as well as donates millions to anti-LBGTQ+ campaigns. I am embarrassed to have their logo on our shipping boxes. We will not purchase from them again.

I ordered some sticky pads (over 1,000) with my company's promotional project. The shipping cost was $800, that's more than half of what my order was! When I spoken with the manager he did the shipping is calculated by weight and that he couldn't lower it. I explained that it was over my budget and asked if he could lower it he said no, I asked if we could pick up he said no. We ended up not getting the order after we paid for it. They are greedy and horrible people. Don't use them.

Be aware that the bubble mailers have Uline logo on them! I bought the white bubble mailers which didn't show in the product photo that it has Uline written on them. They refused to provide a free return saying that it was specified in the "additional info" section. It's ridiculous that they're charging a customer for a return when it's their fault that they didn't adequately provide product details.
They won't stop sending us these massive, heavy wasteful catalogs. We've never bought anything from them. THREE catalogs to three different small businesses in my building end up on my desk every time they send them out. We have tried their web form three times now to get taken off their mailing list that no one here has ever asked to be on. We don't even order from them - we use local stores. Completely unsolicited.
A big shoutout to the Uline.com customer service pro who found my recent interaction with the sales team suspicious & calmly instructed me to call the police. Everyone took this interaction seriously EXCEPT the sales team. I didn't catch your name but you truly did a spectacular job and showed care and concern for your customers.
I'm an almost 20-year Uline customer and I've never once had sales reach out to me. Then, out of the blue a male intern calls and wants to meet me and wouldn't take no for an answer. There were half a dozen red flags that made me suspect that this was an unsafe meeting (not the least of which - why does it take 20 years to be recognized as a customer). So, I called customer service. The kind CS rep advised me to take a safe approach. She informed me that my sales rep was a woman and to not attend the meeting. And, more importantly, to call the police. My local police department took it very seriously, too, and was planning to meet me at the agreed-upon location to investigate this unconventional sales practice.
Management called to apologize, trashing the customer service rep. The real fault is that Uline's sales team used very creepy practices to engage a 20-year-long client raising suspicions with even my own local police department. The whole incident was extremely disturbing. I'll never use Uline again.

As a business owner I know how important standing behind what you sell is. Uline falls well short of that. I purchased a product that had several in a box, when I went to use last one it was defective. I called and was told I missed the return deadline by 1 month! I've been a customer for many years but will never use them again. They lost a long term customer over an $18 product. When I told their customer service I wouldn't be ordering again they didn't care and that policy was policy. Most of their products are way over priced and shipping fee is way too much! Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. Most of what they sell can be bought from much better companies with much better customer service!

I have applied for several jobs due to the company I worked for did a RIF and with my years of experience in management I have dated myself and you would think that basic jobs in the Warehouse would easy to at least get a face to face interview.I have applied for every job they have listed with the following response "Thank you for your interest in the Warehouse Manager - Nights position at Uline.

I have worked at Walmart distribution center and yes they don't pay as much as ULINE but they don't discriminate. I might be 51 but I am in great shape. It is sad to see so many companies that are not what they portray themselves as fair company until the consumer or other companies stop utilizing companies that don't live up to ethical standards I saw this with my mother and everyone should stand up and against age discrimination, as long as you can do the job well then you should have a chance.

I'm assuming they stopped allowing pick ups due to Covid. Covid is over and still unable to pick up orders. We're stuck with a delivery fee of $60.00 and the pallet to boot. The delivery driver was afraid to come down my driveway and wanted to leave the pallet in the middle of my driveway or return the boxes. I had to coddle him into doing his job, which took all of 2 minutes to get it down and into my garage.
We placed an order and cancelled the same day but were told that because the item was placed on a truck we would still be responsible for shipping charges.
Based on other reviews this is common practice for Uline. There should be negative stars for this practice.
